Little Caesars Pizza

This location is extremely busy at times. Be prepared to wait sometimes, even if you mobile order. There are almost a dozen schools in the immediate area. Honestly they could probably support another site in this area lol

Worst customer service ever. Made an online order was told would be ready by 4: 51 I get here at 5 still not ready it took the over and hour to give us our food and they only gave us half our order. I had to return and ask for the rest all they said was sorry. Our order was over 80$ and we got cold pizza would not recommend.

If you order online, add 45 minutes to an hour on top of your estimated pick up time. Actually, just forget what the app says all together. Seems like they prepare your order when you are there to pick it up. They never use the pizza portal anymore so you'll have to wait in line anyways.

I order my pizza on line and I got an email saying it was ready. When I showed up to pick it up I was ask to wait for 5 more minutes. There were 9 people working. When I arrived there was only one person picking up their order. I must had waited for at list 20 minutes before my pizza was done.

What’s the point of online ordering and not using the online pick up oven making me wait for an extra hour for no reason thanks

The staff at this location is ridiculous. Ordered my pizza at 5: 22pm and said it should be ready at 6: 02pm. At 6: 24pm the pizza tracker said it was still in the oven so I decided to call to check. The girl that answered checked my order and said it wasn't in the oven anymore and she "thinks" it is ready. I arrive there and the pizza portal is full but the screen has no names. I ask the girl at the counter and she checks my order and pulls a pizza from one of the holders behind her which were almost completely full. They had a ton of pizzas ready, no other customers in the building and it took an hour to get my order. 30 minutes later than it said. Then I get a pizza that looks like it was cut by a 5 year old and crazy bread that wasn't thoroughly cooked. Lost my business.

The employees lack customer service along along with fast service bring back the sisters who would take out a mile long line in 5 minutes.

Waited for about an hour just to get three hot n ready pizzas that were ordered online with the crazy combo. Came in and get told that the crazy combo is out and had to do my transaction again!

This location SUCKS! Their customer service is GARBAGE. If you place a online order the portal is never working so you still have to wait which defeats the purpose of ordering online.

This is the best little Caesar in Bakersfield. Always cooked fresh and hot and fast. Never have they got my order wrong and always friendly.

They are very unprofessional and they also gave me uncooked pizza and breadsticks I’ve been calling the restaurant for over 2 hrs no response they gave food to new customers when customers that was waiting like me never had a word said to them about our orders I never ate the food and would love a response for the company about a refund

Ordered on the app for this location so I could get my food faster but it was not ready even after two hours of waiting.

Usually I love this place, but about 1 week ago I went there and they're oven was working. My had ordered through the phone and the told him 23 minutes we got to the place 31 minutes later, then he was told 10 more minutes for the extra most bestest. After 20 minutes past he told them if the pizza was almost finished they told him they were barely making them. Of course we received a refund. It also took us a while to get the order on the phone. They hardly ever answer the phone, the little ceasars on South H street never answers they're phone they let it ring or unhang the phone so it does not ring. I have witnessed it myself too many customers have been upset when we would show up regarding the phones never being answered.

Hhmm I’ve been ordering through the app and the past three times they give me the wrong order. Either there app is glitching or they are not paying attention on what their customers are ordering.

An hour wait for burnt and raw pizzas. No other customers but still had to wait an hour for terrible pizza. This location has definitely gone down hill.

I love little Ceasars unfortunately I was sick when I went. T mobile was handing out three dollar pizzas from their. I couldn't pass.

Service was ok but rude and I believe overpriced because the little Caesars I normally go to charges me less than this one. Check your receipts people. Also the pizza they gave me was sticking out of the fold with cheese and sauce on the side of the box. They had a bunch of staff just standing there looking at customers when the line was outside with almost ten people.
