Little Caesars Pizza

Don't bother ordering online because you still have to wait in the drive through line.

It was like a play ground in the back when I went to get dinner there was a lot of goofing off I showed the guy what I ordered from my phone because they couldn't find my order. Then found out they didn't make my whole order I needed to wait 5 mins I ended up paying more then what the app said and I waited 15 minutes. When I got home my pizza was greasy and the pretzel crust was burnt I guess that's not bad 1 out of 4 pizza I was just disappointed

This location is ALWAYS packed, and the food is always fresh and delicious, the staff works so hard!

Terrible service, some heffer with a slayer shirt and a leather choker with chains on it stole my lunch order out of the online order portal and I had to wait over 40 minutes because the employee i told about the theft clocked out and didnt tell anyone. Asked for a picture of the heffer who stole my pizza, thay said no. 60 minutes from order to pizza in my hand.

If I could give them less than one star I totally would! It’s absolute chaos every time I have gone in here. Tonight I waited about an hour for a pick up online order and when I finally got my order the pizza was barely warm. Tasted like it had been sitting for a while as well. Fairly disappointed.

Place order, get notification to pick up order. Goto store and put in code for pizza portal and it’s empty. Go to all the cashier about it and she just walks of ignoring me and goes to the back. Very rude. But this seems to be the standard St little Caesar’s these days

Shawnqueesha the black chick at the register please do me a favor and take your cashier job a little more serious you always mess up my orders and charge me for the wrong things they obviously put you in the front because you can make a mean pizza (sarcasm) make everyone’s lives easier and repeat their order back to them before they pay so you know the customer is happy and bought everything they needed!

Waited over 30 mins for my order and was given a cold pizza, with barely any sauce, and the pizza was slightly raw.

Pretzel crust is usually a great pizza, but it looks like it was stepped on, burnt, and so salty. Wish I could post a picture, because it's really unbelievable

This is by far the best little Caesar’s location I’ve ever been to. The pizza is always AMAZING. Tastes like a $20 pizza, not a $6 pizza. There’s another location much closer to me but I always go the extra 15 minutes to come here. The employees are all very nice too:)

Ordered two pizzas through the app. Tacker said my order was ready for pick up. Get there and waited another hour for them to give me my order. Get home to discover two things. First pizza was cut awkward. Uneven slices but at least it was cooked through because the second pizza I ordered, straight up was raw. The crust of this pizza was all raw. They only stuck it in the oven long enough for the cheese to melt then gave it to me undercooked. I called to ask for a refund and was told to come back to the store with the pizza for the refund. Got there, showed them the raw dough and was given a full refund. Grateful for that. Between the raw dough, weirdly sliced pizza and reading other comments below with the same issues.wth? You know that these employees would be upset if they were given the same food they gave us. Nonetheless, was happy to received a refund. Kindly showed everyone in line waiting for their orders my raw pizza and even contacted the Riverside Health Dept.

The cashier Akari did not seem to be in a good mood which I understand but that should not be displaced in front of a customer.

Horrible! Every time I go my pizza is more than half an hour late. Management is horrible. People fill the whole lobby waiting and complaining for there pizza

Currently standing at the order counter for the last 13 minutes waiting to just place my order. Two people behind me in line. It’s like they don’t even seeing us.

At 4: 21 PM, I placed an online order. At 4: 45 p.m, it said my order will be ready. I arrived at Little Caesars around 4: 45. It wasn't ready, and it would take another 10 minutes, the “cashier” informed me. I was a little disappointed because the main reason I ordered online was to avoid having to wait. 10 minutes pass. 15 minutes pass, followed by 20. She was literally calling everyone name but mine! After waiting about 30 minutes, I finally asked her, "What's taking my order so long? " (remind you I only ordered 1 box of pizza and 1 crazy sticks). When she opened the warmer, my pizza had been sitting there the entire time! SMH
She was aware of my name and the fact that I had been standing there waiting for my order for thirty minutes. I was so upset! I will never go back to this little Caesars again. My pizza was so soggy and nasty Very disappointed! New management and staff are desperately needed here!

Ordered 3 pizzas and bread sticks. They gave me a pick up time well my husband had to wait and additional 40 minutes because they were just putting it "in" the oven. We live 5 minutes down the road. By the time he got home the pizzas were cold, and parts of the crust were literally half baked! You could smell the uncooked yeast! This place keeps getting worse. At the end of it no apology or anyway to remedy the situation. I am out 30 bucks and dinner because i am not going to feed my kids raw pizza
