Had to deal with a rude cashier. They had us wait over twice as long as the 10 minutes the cashier told me. I didn’t really mind and politely asked how much longer they would take and he cut me off saying he’s gonna take it out right now: (
Just 4 stars because they want you to pay for a bottle of crushed pepper, I mean, should be complementary or upon request to get small sachets, not paying for it lol, other than that, pizza is always good.
I order my pizza and almost 10 minutes went by as I was waiting another customer order the same pizza. After another 10 minutes the customer who order after I did got my pizza and they wanted me to wait another 10 minutes or so I ask for my refound and went somewhere else terrible customer service
Cheap simple pizza, don't let them talk you into the mostest and bestest pizza for a buck more when the hot and ready is just as good and I don't need the extra calories and fat from the extra cheese and pepperoni. They have the mostest and bestest ready but not usually the regular pepperoni pizza, so if you don't want to wait, you'll end up buying what they have ready. Kinda cheesy policy, if you ask me! They have an automated kiosk where you can order through the app and pay online and skip the wait. I've used it on occasion and it works well and is a time saver. The looks from the other patrons are also priceless as you walk in, push a few buttons and the kiosk door opens and you take your pizza and walk out the door.
Sooooo good I recommend the Italian pizza dish also recommend for people that like pepperoni the pepperoni pizza Srry no pic today
We stopped in late in the evening after a family event. Our kids were super hungry and we were counting on their signature Hot 'n' Ready pizza. Not only did they not have anything ready to go, they wouldn't have for at least 20 minutes and didn't bother telling us that until we asked. Got our money back and left.
