Little Caesars Pizza

Customer service sucks. The pizza was cardboard with ketchup and minimal amount of cheese. I came for a hot n ready cheese pizza and crazy bread for my grandkids, basic. Neither were hot or ready. They wouldn't take cash $50 for my order. The cashier kept having to go to the back and ask questions and came back more tweeky than before. The other guy seemed to have the same nervous twitchyness. I waited 20 min and got my order. The bread was chewy and the pizza was no better than a frozen dollar store pizza. I won't be back and don't recommend it to anyone.

Never had a problem at this location! Even when it's busy and you can see they're super stressed, they are extremely kind and helpful which I really appreciate! Never forgotten an item and always more than happy to help! Also, sometime their music they play in the back is boppin', I be groovin while waiting for my food!

The service was okay but the double cut didn't really cut. Everything in my order was over cooked to the point I could barely bite it. A bottom of one of the pizzas was actually burnt. Really disappointed in the results today, especially with how much I paid. Tonight, the food was not worth the price.

4 stars just because I think it's overpriced. The pizza and crazy bread tasted great. The service and delivery were quick. The delivery driver (LeAndra) was super nice and quirky.

*I live near a bunch of pizza places, yet this was the only one that would deliver to my location. Makes no sense, but I'm grateful that Little Caesars delivered and didn't disappoint.

The 5-star rating is solely because of Adrian, young man with glasses. He was professional, friendly, and helpful.

It is what it is. Good for the price. But for someplace that advertises hot and ready pizzas, they never have hot and ready pizzas. And we've tried 3x already.

I dont recommend anyone order from here. I placed an online order for pickup and my dad was headed there to pick it up. Turns out someone else had picked it up. And none of them knew who it was that picked it up! How does a small store not keep an eye on who comes in and out of the place? 1 star only because they remade the order. Would be higher if the employee wasn't rude to my dad. He with an attitude, told my dad he had to pay for crazy sauce even though it was included in the pretzel pizza bundle. He didn't give us crazy bread or crazy sauce. Outrageous! WE PAID FOR IT AND THEY WANTED US TO PAY. If you don't want to lose money, order in person AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

I didn't used to like their pizzas intill they came out with the Fancironi Pepperoni Pizza. It's a very good pizza.

The badest restaurant in west Sacramento I had 2 doordash order the front guy and told him can u guys do it a little bit fast and the want to the back and they were laughing and the block dude said never get it in fast way? This is the bedest pizza shop and I wait 1: 30 hours for 2 times one classic pizza and pepperoni pizza the took 1: 30 hours that’s not respectful be nice

This place used to have a manager that was rude to customer's! I stopped going here, recently I have gotten food here twice and didn't see the rude manager much better place now! I love the crazy bread and deep dish with parmesan cheese added to it!

Pizza was partially burned and over cooked. Bread sticks were completely hard. Just gross all around.

Whole lot of people hanging outside. One guy had his pants down to his ankles. I wouldn't say it's a kid friendly place

The young man at the register was kind. There was a woman who was carrying a sleeping toddler and he offered to help her out.
They were pretty busy but the employees kept things moving.

I give it a 4 only because 5hey don't deliver. The employees are very polite and always see that I'm satisfied always. They are outstanding workers and the store is always clean. Great job Lil Ceasars.
