9I’ve called at minimum, 30 times in the last 2 years and they will never answer the phone. This isn’t even an exaggeration
They said that the food would take 6 minutes, but I waited for 40 minutes. Just for a small pizza and is was nobody else there. So bad
Great food I waited for 25 minutes for fresh pizza I ordered 4 things for 25 minutes and fresh that’s great
I hadn't ordered little Caesars in quite some time. I now remember why. The service is horrible. No greeting upon entering and when I went to pickup at portal my order was incomplete. I asked for my missing item and she just handed it to me very rudely. Not even a smile or apology. I get home and noticed I was missing another item. Won't bother going back. They really need to retrain the employees and teach them what customer service should be like.
Tried calling 3 timed today.nothing.how are you supposed to order pizzas to be ready for pick up when no one is there to take order? Pizza comes to mind.don't depend on this place. Next business please
Horrible customer service they do not greet and nothing is ready. Always a waiting time of 20 minutes or more for a pizza.
You get what you pay for, and sometimes even less. Aint no "Extra" in extra most bestest. Just being #BrutallyHonest
Suppose to be hot n ready but went in more than 5 times for a classic peperoni and always been told 15 plus minute wait.
This site used to be good but lately the service has been horrible. They lock the doors an hour before closing and act like they don't see you standing there. Or like today claim they have no more pizza at 8: 30.again. If you don't want to work or don't want to make a profit, change your hours to reflect the laziness of your employees. I'd rather drive to Reedley or Orosi
