8I stood in the front of the store for nearly 10 minutes watching the 2 employees having a conversation and when I finally got helped he told me it would be nearly 35 minutes for a single pepperoni pizza when nothing was going on the entire time I was standing there
Disappointing Experience at Little Caesars Pizza
I recently visited Little Caesars Pizza for “three times” and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
Despite being excited to try their pizza, I encountered numerous issues that made the meal unpleasant.
Late Orders:
Firstly, the orders took an incredibly long time for pickup for the first two times, in the third time we didn’t get our order, I understand that pizzas can take some time to prepare, but we waited for over an hour for the food and we get the pizza.
Poor Service:
In addition, the service was very poor. The staff seemed disorganized and confused, and didn't seem to have a clear understanding of what was going on.
Unorganized:
Lastly, the restaurant itself was unorganised, and there seemed to be no clear system
The atmosphere was chaotic and stressful, Unsafe crowded.
Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience.
The late orders, poor service, and unorganized atmosphere made for a disappointing and frustrating order. I hope that the restaurant can improve in these areas in the future, but for now, I would suggest finding another place to enjoy a pizza.
Been here several times NEVER on time for PICKUP! Anywhere from 20-30 min after expected pickup time. Seems like the staff are trying but never ready
Horrible wait time for simple pizza. Ordered on the app and came over 30 minutes later and order was not ready. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes before it was ready. Place is dirty and staff is a bunch of teenagers without any leadership!
Customer service is great, but the place is very slow and they never answer their phone. The one at Foothill and Rochester is a lot faster if you really want Little Ceasars.
Pizza/crazy bread has been so good and fresh for the past 3 weeks. Keep up the great work and thank you for the great customer service!
This place has the worst costumer service. They never answer the phones. When you show up nothing is hot or ready. They will tell costumers they are out of bread so they won't work. Worst place ever.
Worse Little Ceasars ever. Closes early all the time. Great location but that's the only thing I can say good about it.
