Little Caesars Pizza

The place was packed but the service was fast and it did not take long for me to be carrying out my hot pizza. I was so happy with the quick and courteous service and the pizza was fabulous.

If you order ahead, it's fine. It's a Little Caeser's. But four separate occasions, I have come in for a Hot & Ready, either a lunch special or just a normal pepperoni, and they've been sold out. Clearly this is due to the high quality, but I am still disappointed, repeatedly, when this happens.

I go to Little Caesars for the rapid turn-around. However, this particular Little Caesars almost always ends up chasing their tail any time you order. App orders somehow seem to result in a disaster. Never seen a Little Caesars with such consistent problems with orders.

The gralic bead could have peproni but they wouldnt let me have pineapple so dumb that my chioce what i want on my food even if i had to pay extra they cant do it if the customer want it that way they should be able to comply that follows customer service guide lines this company is jacked up then they got it wrong now waiting for my itialian cheese peproni pineapple sticks

F Y I unless you have time to sit an wait for 15 to 20 minutes for your food I would call in order or use there app

When your lost for what to have for dinner, LC comes through. Their food is consistently satisfying and worth what is charged. Will it be the best pizza you ever eat? Probably not, but it is far from the worst. Today I purchased their Italian Cheese Bread and Buffalo flavoured Hot Wings. They were both delicious. The staff gives 110% 99% of the time (there's always a knucklehead at every job). Unfortunately they are often understaffed and their equipment needs refreshing. It's a take out joint, so the atmosphere is what you'd expect for a store front.

Decent food and Service. Plenty of open parking. Little Caesars crazy bread is always delicious.

You get what you pay for. The staff works very hard always but they need more help. Management should address that issue and not keep same staff amounts for fast and slow shifts.

We went here last night to get some cheese sauces, we was going to buy 10, we rushed to get there and we arrived at 9: 45 pm and it was already closed. I thought closed at 10. I called and somone answered me. I asked if I could buy them since I didn't want pizza and they told me no. I was disappointed!

Food is great. Staff is always friendly. Surprisingly love the new pretzel/nacho cheese pizza + stuffed crust = yum! I highly recommend calling ahead to order before you walk in because they seem to always be busy and this might cut down your standing around wait time. They do have a pinball machine in the corner. It takes quarters and will give you a bouncy ball when you lose. My 4 year old loves losing that game:)

It was little Caesars. I honestly like their pizza as well as any of the big chains. It's not as as good as Pizza Factory, but it's also about a third the price. Staff were helpful and kept things moving.

Its always good. Don’t listen to these Karen’s. They never be patient plus they ain’t even the ones making the food.
Also people complaining about customer service like. They are there to make you your food. If you’re mad with the way they treat you than don’t come back like they don’t care about how you feel.

Everyone is verry friendly when u walk in. They greet u as soon as I walk in. If u have any questions they are glad to take the time and walk with u to where it is that your looking for, they don't just say it's on ile 2 and walk away they take u to what your looking for. And at the counter when u leave they always ask u if u forgot anything.

Worst customer service experience I ever had. The cashier and store manager were so rude.

When the pizza is fresh it tastes delicious but when it has been around for a long time you buy the one that is ready to take away I don't like it

Food was fine, basic pizza for a decent price. Staff could use some customer service training though. Orderd early and requested a later time pickup. Restaurant was busy, so I can understand why my pizza was done 30 minutes past the requested pickup time. While waiting, the employee behind the counter was rude, and gave everyone inside attitude when they were asked about the status of orders. I have worked Food service and understand that busy times can be stressful but, that does not give an excuse to be rude and impatient with customers.
