Little Caesars Pizza reviews
13 This will be the sixth time ordering pepperoni & cheese stuffed crust and they absolutely failed again TO PUT PEPPERONI IN THE CRUST. They shrugged their shoulders and gave an eye roll. No customer service here.
They are only capable of making a basic pizza. DON'T COME HERE, unless you're desperate for a subpar experience.
I understand they were busy but you should never push out an uncooked product (not my first time this has happenedat this location). Will never go back to this store
Not the same. Service is horrible, food takes forever and a day, and hot and READYS no longer exist.
I barely moved to this area and while unpacking I came to get what in thought would be a fast few pizzas and literally waited almost an hour. I placed my order online because I seen the long line I waited and then my order still was not ready at the time they said it would be ready.
Took 2 hours to give me a pizza after ordering it online and getting there when is was supposed to be ready
Cheap eats!
You know the saying you get what you pay for.
:)
The service here is good.
They're a lot faster and more organized compared to other locations.
I
Now, the pizza is just ok.it is better than other locations, but it's still not the best.
Again, you get what you pay for.
Extremely lazy and unprofessional workers here. I go in to pick up my order which was expected to be ready at 1: 38, so I go in at 1: 40 and I’m just waiting for my name to pop up on the portal thing because that’s where I was told it would be, finally 10 mins later they ask me for the name of the order and what do you know it was already ready and they never updated the portal, so I just waited to get room temp pizza.
This place is garbage. Employees are extremely unprofessional. They all look high and act like it also. Never fails wrong order or messed up my order. The owner of the establishment needs to wake up.
Worst place to go for pizza. Not only do they not put enough pineapple on the pizza they burn it happened to me last time and I went back for today to try and order again to see if it was just a bad day on their part but they are so unorganized that people are cutting in front of the other people and others just asking for questions make a unorganized pay line into a mass 9f standing around without food. Go to Papa John's they might be expensive but at least they don't have you waiting for 30 mins for your burnt pizza and have you getting cut in line over 6 times. Ridiculous.
Big line to get your pizza. Its fast to make the order.but they take for ever to give it to you
Most little Caesars don't have good tasting pizza but this place by far is the best encourage people to come try
Ordered two pizzas, the cashier told me it would be ten minutes. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes.during that time three people walked in and ordered and waited at least ten minutes then got their orders and left.a few people came in to pick up their online orders then left. I am a large guy and can't me missed.yet the cashier never made eye contact with me or acknowledge me in anyway even after I was the last one there.in-fact at one point the cashier walked out of the store then walked back in and still did not say anything to me.finally some woman walked in picked up her online order and some guy who to that point I had not seen gave her what she ordered.that was the guy that finally asked me what I wanted. I said I was waiting for my order, he asked my name and he finally game me two pizzas that where sitting in some box for at least 15 minutes. I told him I waited 30 minute and showed him the receipt so the cold see the time I paid for the pizza. 7: 39 and that it was now 8: 12.he said a quick sorry and started to walk away when I told he again that it had been over 30 minutes and no body had ever acknowledged
me or asked me my name or looked or my order he simple said "whatever" and started walking away, even the guy that took my order and stood at the front for at least 25 of those minutes ignored me. I left the pizza and walked out.where was the manager? Where was the customer service. I worked fast food and gas stations and retail in the 80s and 90s and one thing that would get your fired was to blow off customers.orders do not come first the customers do.was there a manager? Because its his or her job to stick their heads out every 5 minutes or so to make sure these things do not happen.if someone has been there longer that usual then the workers need to say something.they simply didn't care.that's what service is now.
The staff was very pleasant esp with it being so busy. My advice is for management. You should have 2 signs for lines, 1 for pickup and 1 for ordering. This will help since your portal machine is always down. Middle ages women tend to cut a line of 10 ppl and get away with it. 2 clear lines will help with that
