I literally ordered my pizza at 3: 45pm for pickup at 545pm
I get here and the order isn't ready this is unacceptable. I also see people with the same issue not sure who this lady is working but she's terrible. Bad service here.
The cashier rudely responded that they didn’t carry cheese and peppers. For once, why not? For two, why is she being rude about it? Terrible customer service
I ordered a lunch combo but it took 35 minutes to get my order. Very slow employees. It wasn’t even that busy. They also make the pizzas here like thin crust. Maybe some people like that but to me it makes leftover pizza taste bad. It doesn’t reheat very well for the next day. I don’t like this location.
I could see why they have bad reviews I just called to asked for how long they had the pizza on the warmer ready to-go I stopped there because it was something real quick to get for my daughters for practice.
The pizza was literally NOT WARM OR HOT it was cold n dry. The young lady I was talking to was clueless what to do she was back n forth at the end of all this conversation over the phone I asked for her name for next time I go and pick up my pizza n etc she literally tell me to “HOLD ON” to give me her name I’m like wow she rather give me another persons name instead of hers I didn’t asked to speak to the manager at all because it wasn’t something big but for all this wow I know for a fact I won’t stop there for a ready to-go pizza I could see why there customer service is poor. They need better customer service an communication.
I was literally shocked at how vulger all the staff was. And I wasn't the only customer waiting there was 3 of us. The amount of cussing and absence of front staff was just bad service all around. It did not look clean and the girl that did finally come up front had no name tag. But definitely young and undertrained or they just don't care. Will not be going back there.
Again I tried this place at different location and now I got pizzas that looked like they were either reheated or pizza that was sitting there for awhile and the bread sticks were hard and a little over cooked. I'm staying with Pizza Pirates for sure Little Caesars SUCKS!
Everything clean. Food was fresh and super hott which I loved. Would totally recommend. Amazing service.
As far as little Caesar’s go, this is a top notch location. Foods always fresh and hot, not sloppy with the sauce and cheese. Service is a little slow, but worth the wait. People need to chill and be a lil patient.
The other night my pizza was very old and the service was surprisingly not-good. So I am knocking them a couple stars. Was not expecting that.
Uncooked crust and don't answer your calls to complain about it. Better off at a different location. Young undertrained staff
