Vanessa and Zack have been a valued resource since the first time we spoke. They have incredible genetics within their breeding program, are a wealth of information on all things pigs and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I first met them while looking for a breeding pair of IPP’s. I had several questions, as this was my first time breeding pigs, and Vanessa and Zack took the time to listen to my questions and answer them honestly.
Something that sets them apart from other pig breeders I’ve interacted with, is their desire to go against the conventional standards of pigs and introduce effective and more conscious alternatives to the heavy antibiotics, medicated feed and barns that are too common in pig raising. It was refreshing to meet others who were successfully doing what others said couldn’t be done. If you are looking for the best pigs, you have found the spot. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

As someone who is increasingly concerned regarding modern animal practices and unethical living conditions on industrialized farms, Little Rocky Ranch is a breath of fresh air. I have visited on multiple occasions and always leave wishing I could have my own little farm setup like theirs. Since I can't, I will simply have to live with the excellent quality animal products they produce and not have to worry about waking up at 5am to feed the animals and do chores. These people are wonderful and well worth looking into plus the goats are absolutely adorable.
