I like the location which is near all Vietnamese restaurants and super markets.
I stayed here many times. But this time we booked 2 rooms and stay for 3 days. The maid did a poor job on cleaning the rooms and restock the restroom supply. Room is still dirty even after the maid cleaned it.
I have to rethink about staying here again next time i come back.

Spacious rooms with double queen-sized beds in each room. Good firm mattresses as my older family members liked. We had downstairs floor. Quiet in evenings, nights. Good location if you plan to find something to eat around. Coffee Tip top is next to the motel. It was take time for warming water due to cooler weather in the morning (around 9 AM). It has shampoo. There was no soap bars, but I squeeze soap by the sink. - Nói chung vị trí tốt, nếu muốn đi ăn gần đó. Phòng ở thoải mái, yên tĩnh buổi tối. Phòng rộng rãi, giường queen-sized. Do buổi sáng 8-9 AM còn mát lạnh (trung bình 15oC, 60sF) nên mở nuớc chờ 1 lúc nước mới đủ ấm. Có đủ nước gội đầu, tuy không có loại savon (xà phòng cục) để tắm, tôi lấy nước soap gần cái bồn rửa mặt.

Clean and modest rooms in great Location if you want to be near all that little SAIGON has to offer. No coffee in the room, only at the check-in, no breakfast and no iron. Pool was not clean with lots of floating debris. Parking spaces very tight. Did serve the purpose for a one week stay for around 100 bucks a night.

The room was clean, and quiet. The bathroom? Hmm. Not so much.
Oh, there's free wifi? Cool except it's not working at all! For god sake please fix it!

The motel quotes incorrectly, when I call to make a reservation, they quote $ 91, I call to make a reservation, they say no need. When we arrived, they said a different price (higher than when I called), I asked why they said the new price changed. I was at this Motel for the 2nd time but we will not go to this hotel anymore because the room is not fully equipped, the air conditioning and the vacuum roared.

It was a nice stay real quiet no yelling or screaming no fighting it was a very pleasant stay. Although the room I stayed in wasn't as nice as I was expecting so that's why instead of five stars I gave four all the hotel needs to do is upgrade the rooms but other than that I would go back again.

Great location but the hotel need to be upgraded. The room had some bad smell and the bathroom wasn’t look clean.

Room are clean but alittle too old. And shower water run so little and take 10 mins for warm water.
