Little Tokyo Market Place reviews
19 Saw a schizophrenic dancing around and making noise.
Went into a store with a police officer next to it for literally less than a minute.
Walk back out and him and the police officer are nowhere to be seen within a mile.
This place is dope.
This shop is well-known to consumers who want to buy groceries. You can easily place shopping orders and get them delivered the next day. There are a variety of choices online, ranging from fresh foods to ready-to-eat pieces. If you like to drive your car, the parking lot is tidy and spacious enough to fit it. That is fantastic!
I am extremely satisfied with everything I get from the Little Tokyo Market. All I need is everything here. Thank you so much!
All the ingredients I needed were available and they even sold it at a very affordable price. It has a great and wonderful environment. Cheers to more customers!
Little Tokyo Market Place were so colossal! Worth! Little Tokyo Market Place sauce fries n slaw. Little Tokyo Market Place it.
I don’t understand why they don’t call it Little Soul. It is a Korean supermarket. A bit disappointed as I was looking for a Japanese meal. Cake - not real whipping cream but butter cream. That was the biggest disappointment. It was kind of expensive too: (. Japanese cake should be all covered with real dairy whipping cream!
I go here instant rice and noodles. I also always pass by the hot food section near the back (it goes on sale if it's late) love this place, they also have sushi inside the market ready to go.
I go to this Market pretty much every time I'm in Little Tokyo. Their selection of food and snacks are incredible and the prices are very good. They have a huge selection of fish and seafood. There's even a little restaurant inside of the market and the food there is pretty good, too. If you're looking to buy Japanese food (or food from pretty much any Asian region, for that matter) this is a place you definitely need to check out.
I think it’s one of the best asian grocery supermarkets.
You can get pretty much anything you want, in a bulk, or single. They also have a Nature Republic store right there, awesome bakery corner, where at the end of the day you can get a nice deal as buy 2 get 1 for free.
They have prepared foods and little places where you can order noodles, or sushi.
This used to cater to mainly the Japanese community. Sometime back a few years I believe the new owners not being Japanese but they're Asian. Stuff I grew up getting here are not as prevelant as when I was Elementary school til I was about 40. They do accept EBT cards which is very nice.
Location is perfect. Great staff, they validate parking if you spend a minimum of $25. It has ready to eat food, they also provide microwave to heat up your food and they have an area where you can eat. Very convenient.
It is more of a Korean market than a Japanese market, though there are a respectable selection of Japanese products. A fun place to shop for ready-to-eat Korean dishes.
If I have lots of money I would bought a lot of cute things here. I love everything. I want to buy all the things here. Cute, fancy and unique
I stopped by here w my wife before we were leaving for the country. Great place and besides the great super market.many places to eat as well!
Best grocery store in DTLA by far. Produce is cheaper than Ralph's, cleanliness is comparable. Good selection for Japanese and Korean cooking but not great for Chinese ingredients. Always has some varieties of fruits that aren't available at other stores downtown and are extra tasty.
When I need my Sushi ingredients
I'm here at this lovely Market
Fresh Produce Fresh Fish and many Asian Items that hard to find somewhere else
Parking is free with Validation
There are few Food Stores inside
Noodles, Poke, Korean, Bakery
Good to combine Shopping and eating
I'm giving a low rating for the shady area and thecresturant went to was very miss leading. Pictures were accurate and neither was menu. Restaurant had minimum vegan options. Location was in the heart of skid row, felt very unsafe
Great selection of Japanese imports such as collectables, snacks and drinks. The shrimp chips are absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend the wasabi flavor. There are also drinks such as coffee and Ramune which are great as well.
