2023: and everyone needs to know the bottom line truth about this place.
The majority of tenants here are Korean even though it’s called Tokyo Towers.
When you walk in, you can smell a solid stench of dried urine, you can see blackened mildew pressed in the tiles in the waiting lobby.
At the time, my police buddy was off duty and went to go visit his relative to drop off food for her the other day.
There was nobody in the lobby, but old people wondering about. When he explained to the security guard as to why he was there, the security guard had no information, and was not helpful, and there is no general map of the area so you can’t navigate on your own - so he grabs a bariatric woman from an office.
This African-American woman was rude and impolite, and also had no idea how to help; basically looked him up and down like he didn’t belong there — gave him the silent treatment… by the way, she was dressed like she was ready to go clubbing, (to the streets) poor presentation for an establishment such as this. Officer Kim then asked the security guard as to why is there inappropriate hostility with the office member, and the security guard immediately takes the side of the bariatric woman —- more so now they are stating “we can’t help you” “what are your doing here, ” - you’re kind aint wanted here. ” - as a church going individual - he was absolutely mortified and quietly recorded of the event.
The two equity stand ins then threatened to trespass him and kick him off property — lol - when he’s an off duty police officer and he’s there to see his Korean aunt. The abuse of power is seemingly racially fed; while they hide behind a guise of affirmative action job placement.

This place is the most unprofessional, dirty, and uncouth environment we officials have ever had to report upon. Do not expect anyone to provide any level of service level of care for the individuals that inhabit that building.

We have contacted social services and they are standing by, the owner of the building will be contacted thru legal letter and we plan to execute an audit on the security and clinical management on the overall Asian American Representation of a seemingly corrupted and inhumane staff and a hazardous environmental experience.
Our family members deserve better.

I have been visited a senior friend. This is great apartment for retired seniors that provides Low income rent, restaurant and social security related supporting services and apartments with 24 hours security and visiting management.
