Living at 1282 West 29th Street was the best apartment experience I had while attending USC.

For starters, the location of the apartment building is unbeatable-the end of Ellendale on 29th Street means you are near all of the best junior and senior houses, while still being able to have the smaller privacy and convenience of a 2bd or 3bd apartment.

The apartments themselves are modern, clean, spacious, well-thought out and equipped with fantastic appliances. And the bathrooms are some of the best rooms in the space! You can tell that a tremendous amount of style and detail went into the design of the renovation.

The building is incredibly secure and double gated; I lived on the first floor and never once had a security issue. There is even an Amazon locker in the back to keep packages secure!

The management team on top of all is great-Osama is responsive, quick at problem-solving, friendly, and great to work with. We were the first tenants in the renovation, and I chose to live in the same apartment two years in a row. After 20-22 months in the space, I had nothing but excellent experiences with the team.

I would say the only drawbacks are that the laundry is on the other side of the building from the apartments and the room can get quite dirty if residents aren't picking up after themselves. If you have a car, be incredibly careful pulling in and out of the tight assigned spaces in the back. I scraped my car once or twice on the white paint when I was parking next to larger SUVs. If you have the luxury of parking next to a smaller vehicle, you should be fine. Additionally, be cautious of where you park your bike (as you will need to anywhere at USC). There were two attempts to steal my bike my junior year, which luckily I thwarted and was able to lock up my bike inside the gates. I never had any issues after that.

10/10 would recommend to any USC students looking for upperclassmen /graduate apartments.

Definitely the best living experience I have had! Osama and Daniyal went above and beyond to ensure we had a great living experience and were very thoughtful in every interaction. Our unit was in great condition when we moved in and if anything were to go wrong during our lease, Osama and Dainyal were very easy to reach. We could not recommend Live Terra more! Wish we could stay longer!

Great experience living there for 2 years. The managemet is super-responsive, understanding and supportive. Special shout out to Osama who was always available and attended to matters personally. The apartments are really well-maintained and any maintenence requests are taken care of really quickly. The move-out was also very smooth. Overall great quality apartments and management. Would highly recoommend them!

We stayed with Live Terra for 2 years and it has been amazing! The relationship with the property management can make or break any renting experience - and we are glad to have had such a professional and communicative team that genuinely cared for their residents. They were also very accommodating of our requirements when moving in. The property itself is clean and well maintained, in a convenient location within the USC DPS zone. A huge shout out to Osama and the rest of the team!

After dealing with student housing for 5 years, I believe Live Terra is the best property management company around USC. They are incredibly responsive, attentive, and transparent. I recommend them to any student looking for housing. Their properties are also in great locations near campus!
