Stay away from this service center!

My brand new EV started making a weird sound so I went there on Saturday 12/02/2023. They didn't check in the car as their service center was closed. It then took them another 4 days to FIND A TECHNICIAN who knows EVs and can take a look to find out what's making the noise.

On the 8th, after I showed up there furiously, they told me it's the suspension and finally offerred a rental car.

My car has been there for more than 2 weeks now, and still my last update is "we received the parts". God knows if they even have a technician working on it.

I will tow the car to another service center next time, no matter how far it is or how much it will cost.

This place is a joke. I am getting dinged on my credit for them not paying off my trade-in. I call and call and get the run around on trying to get this resolved. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I traded my vehicle in back un July and it is now December this is against the law and I am going to seek legal counsel for this.

Jonathan was very nice and I appreciated his help. Unfortunately, service time goes longer than quoted. Be sure to make arrangements to leave your vehicle and return when it is done. I waited four hours for an oil and brake fluid change. Also, be sure to bring your debit card or cash as they charge a 3% fee for credit cards.

Theyre pretty good here, great people, excellent service. I ding them a star for breaking California law by charging a 3% credit card surcharge fee and charging ridiculous prices for simple work ($275 just to check an engine error code? Thats ridiculous). As I had warranty work performed here this didn't impact me though and I opted to buy my own engine code reader for $30. If you've had any work done here and got caught paying the 3%, I would highly recommend that you file a claim for that money back with your credit card company and also file a complaint with the state attorney generals office.

Came in for the first oil change on my 2022 F-250. Service was prompt, and the service writer was friendly and professional. Would have given 5 stars but when I got home later in the evening, I noticed oil smears all over the hood and front fenders. Was pretty disappointed afterwards in having to wash my truck in the dark. Will be back but will definitely ask them to have the technician be more careful/cleaner and will double check the truck upon pick-up before I leave the property.

The service and attention to detail was terrific. Everything was done quickly.

Went in for a recall notice. I had to make another appt.since the parts were not there. 4 days later it took 4 hours to finish while I waited for "a couple of hours". They replaced the wiper assembly, but transferred the broken unusable blades back on. Didn't even ask me if I needed to replace them. When confronted, the associate said that that was not their policy? He asked if I had time for him to wash the truck I said yes.half hour later he said my vehicle was done. Imagine my surprise when the truck was still dirty. I have purchased two new vehicles and services 4 cars there. I know the recalls were not making them any money but I don't really feel like a "valued Customer". I may need to travel upm to Walnut Creek.

I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Payment methods are horrible. They should just have a sign on their doors that say “cash only”! SO WRONG WHEN CAR SERVICES ARE SO HIGH.

This was the first time we used Ford mobile service and it did not disappoint. It was really an eye opener how possible it was to fix the trucks in our driveway. Awesome experience

The representative (Derick) was very helpful accommodating and friendly. Great job serving our Maserati. Reason for 4 stars is we drove 2.5 hours to service our car and had to wait 4.5 hours without being able to get a loaner to even go get lunch. Very exhausting day!

I bought a used Tesla from Livermore Ford Lincoln. At first service was wonderful. After when I financed the used Tesla, I received a notification of my registration bill and found out the car was titled as a commercial vehicle.
First the vehicle was listed as a commercial vehicle which I didn't know. I went to DMV to change the title from commercial to regular vehicle they told me to connect with the dealership because the title was not transferred to DMV.
Second I paid for the registration at the time when I made the down payment of the vehicle but during my visit to DMV they are saying they only received $40 from the dealership. Know I am being fined for late fees of the registration.
I have been trying to reach out to Livermore Ford Dealership for Months.no response.
Such a terrible experience I am having. I am running around to fix the things that were not done correctly the first time, which this shouldn't be my job to do. This has stressed me out so much that I regret financing used Tesla from this Dealership. Please, someone from that Dealership needs to fix it or else I am reaching out to the CEO Jay and will be leaving reviews.

I am very happy with the servicing of my Ranger. They completed the servicing as stated when I brought the vehicle in. Everything was done as stated. I will continue to have my Ranger serviced by Livermore Ford. Always done with respect and a smile.
