I went to a periodontist after my gums felt strange after a deep cleaning by a dentil- cal dentist. The perio said I needed gum surgery and it would be 6,000 dollars.
I went to another dentist and he said that nothing, nothing was wrong.
Finally, I went to live well dentistry. They used an intra oral camera, something no other dentist I’ve seen uses.
They detected that it was not a periodontal pocket in my far back lower tooth. It was instead, a very large cavity.
How can all these other dentists not detect that?
I am Very glad that live well dentists do such an outstanding job! Nice to know that they are one of few dentists I’ve seen that don’t try and just think about how much money they can make from someone. I definetely recommend them.

Dr. Khanideh is not only a caring person, accommodating, attentive, etc. She is a master in her craft. Her assistants, colleagues, and receptionists alike, are treated equally. Akin to how they’ll make you feel friendship as a “patient, ” their office is full of warmth. Ultimately, all inner workings crafting of a well-oiled machine. Their work is amazing, their billing/cost structure, amicable to individual needs, and you feel taken-care of in all-regards. Best DMD/DDS office I’ve set foot in. There’s no discrepancies outside the office, extra efforts I’m sure you can relate to in following- up with your other medical-care professionals. I stumbled across this wonderful resource last year. With a history of severe dental trauma, this team has earned my trust with complete transparency, honesty, ethics and really having your back. Even being out of network with dental insurance - worth the price. Cannot recommend them enough!

Dr Pouyan is incredibly knowledgeable and is an Invisalign expert. He fixed my teeth before my wedding and was even willing to remove some bumpers for me the week before my wedding. I will never forget how kind and understanding he was. His staff is also fantastic - flexible, timely, organized and friendly. By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to - and I’ve been to several in the LA area! (They all tried to scam me and take advantage of my insurance), but Dr Pouyan has always been honest and straightforward.
