Rude and overpriced! See the picture of my 9 year olds nails after 5 days! $45 dollars for gel offered a free design and then charged… horrible how they hustle people!

Absolutely love Livie nails! They are clean & have the largest color & art selection. I've never been disappointed and always get compliments on my nails. I go every two weeks.

Jo, Mikey, and Andy, are absolutely the best! Realized today that I’ve been coming to them for 7 years! Call and ask for an appointment because they are always busy!

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for a pedicure, arrived early and was seated in the chair 15 min later than my appt time, no water in the pedicure bath until I asked. The nail tech came and started my pedicure, took my polish off and tried to up sell me to gel polish, I said no thank you. She stopped doing my pedicure and took a walk in customer back to a station to do her gel manicure. Nothing was said to me I was just left sitting there. I dried my feet and walked out.

I could tell other customers were frustrated when I first walked in. One lady’s card declined while she was paying and the woman at the first nail station yelled as loud as possible so everyone could hear “your card declined with no reason given”. How humiliating.

I will NEVER go back and will encourage others to avoid this place!

I have had Andy do my nails for the last three times I have gotten them done and they turn out better than the inspo picture I show him. I got my nails done again for graduation and i am literally in love with this set he just did for me.

Got a fill with gel and “upselled” pedicure. They did fill and pedicure at same time, while i tried to hold a book of color choices that takes 2 hands to hold. Pedicure lady was pushing for a color while the fill guy had one of my hands the whole time. The upgraded pedicure lasted less time than the fill! I was so upset when i left i hadn’t noticed the poor gel polish job……… I subsequently called and talked to a lady who said she was the manager who agreed to redo the polish and pedicure………. When i returned they denied telling me that.

Very nice place. So many options to choose from. They try really hard to make you happy. Very nice people.

Jo, Mikey and Alvin are awesome. I get dip fills. Strongest type of fill. Have my own nails and the dip keeps them strong and healthy

Great place to have your nails painted. Kids would love it. My experience is not to go if I want a full set of acrylics. I went elsewhere to have my nails fixed and done correctly.

Great service! Professional and kind staff who accommodated my child and I right away. They did an excellent job on both of our pedicures and Mikey did an amazing job on my acrylic-ombré-coffin shaped fingernails. Another thing that was nice was the fact that they did not hurt me when filing with a hand file or the electric drill. I will definitely be back and would recommend this nail salon.

One of the best pedis I’ve ever had and really well priced! Lani took her time and gave THE BEST foot and leg massage. They were able to get me in right away and the experience was just lovely overall! I will definitely be back:)

So many colors to choose from! It's amazing how many different ways you can have your nails done at this shop. They do a really good job and the staff is super friendly.

When we first walked in we were greeted with big smiles and lovely people. The lady doing my nails was super sweet and gentle. Great service, great experience.

Best nail place around! If your anywhere near the Placerville/Cameron Park area go here ask for the owner I think her name is Lynn her and her daughter are THE BEST!
