Living spaces communicated effectively with the delivery service. Provided open window the same day when delivery was on it way. Driver called when arriving. Delivery team was professional.

Bought $8500 worth of furniture for my new place, and opened a Synchrony account with no interest for 2 years. Everything went fine, the bedroom set was backordered, but the office set and the mattresses were available to be shipped at the date I scheduled. The delivery truck arrives and the guys declare that because they had to climb 5 steps, then 10 steps outside, that once they got into my place, my upstairs was considered more than 3 floors and they refused to bring the mattresses up. I had to bribe them with cash to get the mattress and box spring up the stairs! A month later, I decided I didn't want the backordered bedroom set, so I went in personally and asked to have it cancelled since it wasn't shipped yet, and instead wanted to get an office chair. They informed me there was a "hold" placed on my account and I couldn't purchase anything. No one called me about this, I was just blissfully unaware for 4 weeks. Also, there was no number they could call to resolve the issue, they had to email whoever and wait for a response. I had a $300 gift card with me, and asked if I could just buy the office chair while it got resolved. NOPE. Can't purchase anything, apparently I've been temporarily banned from Living Spaces for daring to attempt buying furniture from them. Okay fine, just cancel the bedroom set then. Sure thing. And she'll call me at home when it's fixed, and I can just go ahead and order the office chair over the phone with her when that happens. I won't even go into the 30 minute phone call I had with the Synchrony customer service who never sent out the credit card I was approved for a month earlier. Because of the hold, Living Spaces never even charged the $8500 to the account, so even though I got the office set and the mattress, I hadn't paid for them yet.because someone there forgot to have me sign a paper. So it was marked as fraudulent. But hey, it's getting resolved. You would think that's the end. NOPE. Literally trying to give Living Spaces money and I can't! 2 days later, I get a notification my bedroom set is shipping. Um, what? I call the number, and relay that I cancelled that bedroom set 2 days earlier. The nice lady is so apologetic.of course I cancelled it, she says, their mistake, do not worry about it. I ask for an email confirmation that it's been cancelled. Absolutely. So sorry for the inconvenience. The next day, no email. What I do get is a text message that at 8: 45am the next morning the bedroom is being delivered. And now it is less than 48 hours from the delivery time and I can't cancel. I'm freaking out, I don't want to refuse the delivery, because what if I've been charged for it? So I accept the delivery, which goes smoothly.absolutely NO COMPLAINTS from the delivery guys about having to go upstairs to where the mattress was once they got inside! SO INFURIATING. One day later (today) I get the damn call from Living Spaces and yes, I do have to go in and sign something in person, nothing can be done over the phone. My God, I wish this was the end. I still have to see if I get the actual credit card, if I've been charged correctly, and lastly.get my custom ordered sofa and chair at the end of the month. The sad part is, I really like their furniture, it's good quality, But everything else absolutely sucks. They've made the excitement of getting new furniture into an absolute nightmare.

Shopped for weeks to find a couch for our new place that we moved into at the end of April. Was excited about this couch at Living Spaces and chose them because they would deliver by July 1. I get a call the day before telling me that deliver would be delayed until August. Complete disappointment and the customer service rep didn't seem to care.

UPDATED FROM 1-Star:
After my original review, the next day I received a message saying that I should schedule delivery and was able to choose a delivery time a couple days later. Not sure exactly whether there was a problem with counting their inventory or if another customer decided they didn't want the sectional, but we got it. It's comfortable and beautiful!

Phone hours say until 9pm PST. Its 8: 23 pm and no answer. Also they decided to have a holiday party in the middle of the week and closed their stores at 5 pm. Unprofessional

Great inventory for a television show that I am furnishing. The sales staff is very helpful; Christina specifically comes from a designer's background and was particularly helpful. Thanks also to Yolanda and Rebecca for getting the trade account set up and to Gerry and George for seamless pick ups.

We were one of the families that lost everything in the fire last month. Living spaces, true to their word, provided a free king size bed that is not of poor quality. Very generous of them and very helpful even though we weren’t spending any money. Thank you so much. In such a hard time it’s one less thing to worry about.

We purchased 4 counter height chairs from Living Spaces and we are very happy. The chairs are very durable and fit our space perfectly. Our salesman was so helpful and informative about Living Spaces products.

I love this store! I have bought a lot of furniture from this store and all the associates have been super nice and helpful! Michael, the general manager, and Camden were also extremely accommodating. Best customer service at this store!

Nice layout and selection, but expensive product and inattentive staff. I've shopped and purchased here in the past, but it wasn't worth the drive this time.

In my 7 years living in LA, I've purchased the majority of my furniture from this Living Spaces. I got my first big screen TV from here in 2011, my bed and my dresser and couch from here as well in 2011. I bought another bed and couch from here for my girlfriend last year and I just recently purchased another couch a few days ago.

This has been the best furniture store I've ever been to hands down. I'll continue to bring them my business!

I love shopping here all the furniture in my home I have bought them here there really good quality they last along time and there service is great. I recommend living spaces to all my friends and family and most of my family have but there furniture with them cause they like the quality.

You get what one would expect here. Large show room. Clean and by my standards very inviting. If thats too nice for you or you are looking for more of a bargain go around to the back of the building to their pickup loading dock. There is a warehouse show room there with incomplete sets, dirty and blemished pieces at sometime huge discounts.

From the moment we walking in the door until it was delivered later that night, everyone was great. Carlos assisted us in deciding the best fit for our needs, then less than 10 min to get 0% financing and then later that same night our chairs were delivered and set-up in our home. All working perfectly as promised. Every step was obviously thought out to make our experience the best possible with the least amount of hassle. Love this place.

Great selections and prices. The delivery fee is well worth the cost. I'd previously bought a dresser through an online outlet. That piece did not even last a full year before falling apart. I've only had the Living Spaces dresser a few days, but it feels much more solid. The warehouse section of this particular store usually has some really great deals and the salespeople are friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for some solid, basic pieces.

There seriously is no reason to shop anywhere else for furniture. Living Spaces literally has fantastic quality pieces for the best prices and best customer service.

3 years ago we moved into our new home and furnished it entirely through Living Spaces. Everything still looks incredible and we use it every day.

Just came back to furnish our patio. We found everything we needed immediately at a great price, and within 24 hours we were already enjoying it at home. I am a customer for life!
