I bought a bed from living spaces and it broke within a month. It took 2 months for customer service to come fix it where they blamed us for it breaking instead of their poor quality material. It broke again within another month

We wanted to get an adjustable mattress and convertible chair for my mother who has a back injury. They helped us out and were extremely nice, efficient, and friendly.
Will definitely come back!

We found very nice coffee and side tables at one-fourth the price other shops wanted for the same tables, so that was excellent. However, we found a leather sofa on their web site, but they can't seem to deliver it! Twice they sent all kinds of E-mail and text messages that it was coming, and twice it did not come. They told me on the phone that it is in a warehouse in Paris, California. They have had far more time than would have been needed for two men to carry it to our home in Mission Viejo from that warehouse.

Diane was as pleasant and knowledgeable a sales associate as we’ve met in a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We’ve purchased a houseful of furniture from Living Spaces since 2019 and from different stores and were pleasantly surprised to see they are continuing to maintain products and services with attention and the care of professionals. Our only complaint is their rather frustrating process of communicating with buyers. Currently buyers can call in and “leave a message” and they will get back with you within 48 hours. Guys - it’s 2021, you should know how
to do this by now. There’s a reason We carry $1000 cell phones and its not to leave a message a wait for a call back. You excel in so many areas I find it disappointing you haven’t considered making it more convenient to communicate with your organization.

Easy shopping no pressure sells people they don’t have commission. So it makes it easy to shop around without having someone following you around.

Hi I purchased a table top and it comes like this. It was cracked all the way left to right. I tried return it as soon as I realized but they offered me exchange. I accepted it but then they did not even know that they didn’t have it in their stock. Then I claimed my refund but they refused it. The manager is so rude and arrogant. They are unprofessional and so immature.

Needed a comfortable chair with a seat higher off the floor. After going to three other furniture stores found a perfect chair at Living Spaces, Irvine. Salesperson, Maria, more than helpful and showed great patience while I tried several chairs for comfort and height. Also needed a lighter weight chair. Didn't want a big piece of furniture. Needed a small accent chair. With Maria's help found the perfect chair for me. So very pleased.

Brought a former employee that still loves this place. Lizzy picked up and styled with my friend, quick effectively. Custom couch with matching fun pillows. Recliner to top off the look. Will be back for more accessories soon ️

Cesar is the absolute man! We recently moved to the area and have been in the difficult position of trying to find furniture for our new place. We had been wanting the Utopia sectional for months even before we moved, but due to no availability, we had mentally given up on being able to buy it. Now fast forward to this week. As we were almost at the point of giving up on finding a couch for our new place, we went to the Living Spaces in Irvine and met Cesar. We explained our story to him and how bad we wanted the Utopia, but had mentally all ready prepared for him to tell us there was no way to buy it. Instead, he searched their inventory for us and found that there was just one of the Utopia sectionals in stock! It was a miracle and we were able to buy the couch. I cannot say thank you enough to Cesar and for him going above and beyond for my wife and myself. He’s truly an amazing guy and we will make sure to let everyone know what an amazing experience we had. One last time, thank you again Cesar!

Horrible place to go for shopping. They sent us a cracked table and they refuse to give full refund. After a long conversations for days they accepted their item is defective. Then they charged 10% restocking fee. There is a guy so-called business manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and have no idea how to treat a customer and he just blindly kept saying same things for minutes. Here he is. His name is Cesar

I was so impressed with my experience while purchasing a TV console, which was in stock. Kathleen was able to work with the manager to get me the best price and work with Andres to link it to an existing order which will ship on Saturday, September 11. I am so pleased with the efficiency and expertise of Kathleen. I could not be happier! ️

Mona and Jerry gave us excellent customer service. Mona went above and beyond to ensure my family got the best furniture pieces. She gave expert design advice and I am so pleased with my purchase. She took her time to assist. Overall the entire experience from walking in and being the last ones to leave was outstanding. Thank you

It started off fine but ended horribly. I have been a customer for years. Bought and financed many items over the years. I spend my time picking out the items then as I’m trying to check out all they tell me it can’t be processed like normal and that I needed a manager override. They take me to the counter and need to see two forms of id. Really? Then to top it off after jumping through all of the hoops they tell me the guy at customer pick up is going on lunch for 30 minutes. I’m spending thousands of $$$ and get that type of treatment. I’ll be going somewhere else next time.
