The salesman that helped me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The chair I wanted was out of stock, so he helped me find another chair that I liked even better than my original choice. I had a great experience at this store and would highly recommend it.

We had a young Trainee Sales Rep named Ivan. His sales skills were unbelievably superb. He knew the product and was aware of Living Spaces procedures. He was likable, friendly and communicated with us in a professional manner.

We have been looking for a new couch and did extensive research on it. The Moana reclining sofa is really attractive as it offers both comfort and streamlined modern design that doesn’t always come with the more common bulky recliner pieces.

Greta greeted us and walked us through the store. Greta is very helpful and full of knowledge on the products available. Greta didn’t push on any of the added services but was kind to explain in detail what those services entails so we can make an informed decision. The whole process was smooth and easy. We were in and out within 40 minutes.

The only bummer is that the sofa will take a longer time to be delivered. Presumably, this is due to Covid and it’s expected of the times. I can’t wait for the sofa to arrive!

After waiting 3 months for a custom couch, the couch was finally delivered in the wrong color and fabric. Living Spaces won't send us a replacement for another 3 months. Customer Service has been unable to provide an adequate solution to this error. I would not recommend shopping at Living Spaces after the way this was handled.

Greta gave incredible service to myself and my (slightly demanding) parents. She was patient and answered all of our questions, leading us to find a couch that met all of our needs. 10/10, thank you Greta!

Had a great experience here! We actually came in to test out a couch that we were planning to buy secondhand, but we ended up buying a totally different one from the store instead. Edward was super helpful and patient with us as we tried out a bunch of different options. Would recommend!

Super kind and professionalism from Edward & his boss. My sister and husband went there- Venice blvd on LA location- last week but unprofessional sales woman didn’t help us so we didn’t get any furniture. But Magnolia- Joana design furnitures are very popular so people loves it & sold quickly,
within 1 week, some of stuffs are gone so we only have chance to purchase display ones. And stools for high table. We couldn’t see any high chairs - stool before, but Edward found it for us perfect stools! Edward graduate FIDM like my sister who was with me today.
No wonder he is so good for choosing furnitures.

Looking for sofas and accent chairs. Saw 2 sofas I liked. Disappointed in selection of chairs. Too few "stylish" options.

Typical Big Box Furniture store. Things are a bit pricey considering it's all from China and Parts East. A lot of rain forest wood has gone into the making of this type of furniture. Pick up a free cup of coffee and check out the restrooms which are very clean. You can get a lot of decorating ideas bye walking through the different displays.

Good people at this store but the store is noticeably smaller than the typical store in this chain.

Bought some really nice Furniture at Living Spaces in Van Nuys CA. They have a beautiful show room and very good service.

Great customer service. And yet they were anything but pushy. They man who helped us asked if we’ve been there before and when we said no he gave us a how to use this store and he left us alone. Good selection and will come back for future purchases too.

When I tell you this has been the most aggravating process I have ever endured, I wish I was lying. Thier “same day delivery” is an absolute fallacy. Yes some of their employees are very nice.others are completely unhelpful and clearly uneducated individuals. I have been trying to get the furniture for my room for 3 days now - “same day! ”

If I could give it a 0/5 I would.

The experience in living spaces was awesome. Nothing to complain about. I was in and out satisfied with my purchase in less than an hour. The salesman who helped me was very friendly and patient. Definitely going back to living spaces.
