This is usually the store we go to and have always had a helpful CSR. Thank you Eric for being patient with all my indecisiveness! Purchase complete and delivery on the way.

Wow! I had a great time buying our couch at Living Spaces in San Leandro. The emplyee Taylor was very pretty! Sweet! And very helpful! Me and my partner were indecisive on what couch to pick between our options and when asking her on her opinion, she provided her opinion and it made sense! We went along with that choice (which was originally our choice) but she helped us be sure of that choice. Which i appreciated! She gave us time to talk and think about our choice, which we appreciated as well! So many stores don’t give you that extra time, and Taylor did.the checkout process was very smooth, and thanks to her all of our questions were answered! We need more people like Taylor! Side note- whoever plays music at this location while customers shop knows where it’s at it keeps the place modern, and cool.

The furniture is beautiful, but I don't have a good buying experience. Don't buy anything as is if you want to be treated as a valued customer.

Awesome customer service. I was greeted son after entry. Everyone was nice and super helpful. Great prices on beautiful high-end furniture.

The delivery did not go as planned, they forgot the power cord,
Had to plan another day,
Okay did the planing and scheduled a 9: 45 AM delivery.the driver called at 7: 15 AM to say he is ready for the delivery.

I said that won't do. 9: 45am or take the entire delivery back.

They waited, I arrived about 9: 00am
installed the part and checked it out
But the extra stress and confusion was completely unnecessary.
So the store experience was great, but the delivery was very frustrating

Needed to find a firm mattress due to my back issues and Jordan was more than helpful. Transaction was smooth and delivery of mattress was quick and seamless.

Worst customer service. From mismatched 2 different color couch, mismatched cushion covers, to seams coming apart within months. Not one seam either all the seams. Do not buy your couch here they will screw it up and not value their warranty. Go somewhere else worthwhile that's honest. It will not look a thing like the store room they show you. Poor quality, poor customer service, etc

Good customer service and great selection. You can customize color and fabric with universal couches.

Pros: very large selection, most items in stock, friendly sales people. Cons: very spendy and quality of workmanship is average at best
