We ordered the Reid Buff sofa and loveseat they ordered two different colors without checking. They said our sofa would be delivered in 1 week come to find out they wouldnt have arrived no less than 3 weeks. Unprofessional.

We bought a few pieces here for our bedroom. The sale person told us that they would deliver the items to my room which is on the second floor. I asked her several times to confirm the delivery service before spending the money ($29) for the service. However, when the items arrived, the delivery team rejected to bring them to the room since the service was just for bringing the items from their truck to inside my house and that's it. Why did I buy the delivery service to just bring the items indoor? I can do it myself. I feel like I was scammed buying the service. It's not much but I am not happy since we asked the sale person several times to confirm that they would bring them to my room. We will not buy anything else here again.

If I could I wouldn't give even ONE star they have the worst customer service they charge you extra charges and things without asking you! You call for customer service, it is a call center, there is no manager or supervisor to help you and they sold me a very expensive queen mattress for almost $3,000 Tempur-pedic and the mattress is the best and it is a fiasco, the mattress is not the size of A queen is much smaller than a normal queen, not even the covers of my previous mattress fit and they told me they gave me 7 days to return it and they want to charge me 10% of what it is worth, it is "$230.00 JUST TO RETURN IT" I am looking for help to return it and No person gives solutions, they are there to take your money at all costs without returning it, they will never have the intention of helping you even if you deliver the product in perfect condition and apart from the one who answered me, she is a racist, arrogant, rude, without ethics, I am extremely sorry for buying from this company. SON SOME SCAMMERS OF THE WORST! IF YOU THINK OF BUYING HERE BE VERY CAREFUL!

I had a great experience my salesman was very helpful in choosing a mattress very knowledgeable. He gave me great options was not pushing certain brands or the most expensive he showed me exactly what I was asking for in all price ranges never pushing for the highest priced. Great peoples

The sales associate LINDA must’ve really wanted a sale went in told her I was looking for a king bed frame she sells me a CAL KING after I asked multiple times if it’s king had to go back for a refund but can’t get my time back!

There were issues with miscommunication with regards to my payment of my new furniture at the beginning that would let to pay over 1000$ out of pocket, but Richard and Sherry really helped us sort the issue out and provided me better options and flexibility with my payments.

This review is mostly about the “Warranty”. NOT worth it. There is not a number to call, just a website to put your claim. You receive a kit in the mail. We were told someone would actually come clean it when we purchased the warranty. You are better off saving your money for an upholstery/carpet cleaning service later on. We purchased the sectional about a year and half ago. The couch has been great and great quality. We special ordered it with a double chase.
Delivery guys were ok at the time, moving a little fast. Not the most gentle coming into the home. I do understand couches are odd shapes and heavy, having moved many throughout my life. They were nice and received a tip anyway.
