Ms Heuer is always so welcoming and always take as much time as I need going over my complex health issues. She makes me feel that my care and health are important and that I’m not just a case #. She is very efficient with checking up on results and making sure referrals have been taken care of and if not she gets it done. She has always made me feel safe with her care and I trust her and the care she suggest something that has been hard for me in the past. She is truly a blessing and a asset to living water in my option. I just hope they keep her on staff forever.

Very pleased. I was not aware I had an untra sound that didn’t come back clear. I was told with another specialist it was fine. That test was almost a yr ago. Dr Rivera went back to my notes. And showed me something was wrong. I ended up needing emergency surgery. Very thankful for Dr Rivera. He saved me from my gab-bladder going to have more complications... I recommend him.

I really like Dr. C. Diaz. She listens to my complaints, ask questions to determine what is the best direction to take to determine what is going on. Requests testing to ensure what my needs my require. Follows up in a timely manner.

Each time I have had to go the Clinic I have been treated with the utmost respect. Everything is explained thoroughly and if I have questions they are answered. The staff is extremely friendly and so helpful. I don't like feeling sick but it is not a chore to go to the Clinic because they treat clients so well.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The office was very clean. The provider was awesome and very thorough.
I would have given a better score if the wait time wasn't so long. I had an appointment and I was there 15 minutes prior to my appointment, as requested. I was there a total of 1 hour and 50 minutes, which is way too long. Because of that, I will not be returning.

Dr. Neria is the best doctor I've ever had, and I'm 68 years old! She provides very professional medical care in an extremely personalized style. She's thorough and caring and demonstrates a genuine concern for my health and well being. As the gatekeeper of my health I trust her completely and would recommend her services to anyone!
