I have had stomach issues for 10 years.i visited Dr Jason thru a friend referral, being skeptical about trying a new way to cure my issue after trying dozens of different remedies both natural and medical.

Love being able to pop into LIVV for all my health needs. Any time I need an extra boost (B12 shot) or some hydration (IVs) this is my go-to. Super quick to book and the staff is always the best.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Jason Phan has been deeply disappointing. Not only has he failed to fulfill his financial obligations to a family dear to me, but his actions have shown a disregard for the well being of good people. It's disheartening to see someone take advantage of others in need. I would strongly caution anyone considering his services to be aware of his questionable behavior.

I have known of LIVV and its approach since its beginnings at the Del Mar office some 5 - 6 years ago. Dr. Phan has been able to thrive and offer solid services and guidance throughout the process and it is second to none. I have been on a new protocol since April, and we are getting great results. The office has a great location and its staff is always willing to assist and accommodate patients without hesitation. Thank you LIVV

Dr. Jason Phan is not an honest man. He owes my family a lot of money. His obligations exceed $10,000 and he has continuously refused to pay his bill. Someone who is so focused on natural healing shouldn’t be taking advantage of a family that did work for him. His new office in Cardiff was designed by a man who recently passed away. Dr. Phan saw this as an opportunity to not pay his obligations. We’ve asked several times for him to address the matter and he refuses to acknowledge. When looking for someone to help with natural healing, find someone at peace with themselves first. Taking advantage of a family who recently lost their loved one doesn’t strike me as someone who cares much about healing.

I feel compelled to leave a one star review for Dr. Jason Phan due to his troubling actions. It's deeply concerning that he has chosen to take advantage of the generosity and goodwill of a family dear to me by failing to repay a significant debt. This blatant disregard for the well being of good people is truly disheartening. I hope potential clients take note of his behavior and think twice before entrusting him, considering the harm he has caused to those he's meant to help.

Do the receptionists at LIVV have an issue with people who speak with an accent? Umm I hope becoming successful does not mean hiring rude staff.

Dr. J knows how to do it right! This place is amazing - from the culture, pricing, ambiance, to the variety of different products they offer. I went in to get my blood work done and had them analyze everything, Dr. J helped set my levels right and I feel better than I have in awhile. Also, amazing location! 10/10!

Just no. Way too expensive along with a poor consultation. The 10 min consultation is $ 350 and then the cashier somehow charges you a $ 15 fee on top of that.

Also, how does one give a five star review because of “FREE parking”.

Dr. J and team always give outstanding service. I've been using LIVV for a couple of years, and I've always had a good experience. Their San Diego spa is always pristine, and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommend using their services.

Over the past couple years (since I got out of the military) I have been in chronic pain, suffering on a day to day basis. I was in and out of various big medical institutions and I was constantly being misdiagnosed and mistreated because of my vaccination status. Every single doctor proved to just be an advocate for/ working directly for big insurance companies.

At the end of the line, with little to no money in my bank account, I found myself at LIVV IV. After scheduling a meeting with Dr. Phan, I gave him my very small budget/ he sent me for some bloodwork and got to work. Not only did he identify the main cause of my symptoms within A WEEK, but he wrote out a strict treatment plan showing the exact amount of money that I would pay and the exact timeline of the treatment. Today, I feel much better than when I stepped in the front door of this establishment. I am honestly tearing up writing this because it has been a long and painful road for me these past few years.

In my experience, only 1 in 10 doctors truly care about your health, and Dr. Phan is one of them!

Great service. I have gotten my lips done twice and im in love. I also use the IV therapy and always feel great. The pricing is more than fair for what you receive considering they custom bags to what you need

Clinic is above and beyond, very nice! Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Phan is clear and professional with his suggestions on the wide verity of treatments and services Livv has to offer. Overall a fantastic experience!

I don't want to write this review but I need to share my horrifying experience with LIVV in the hopes of preventing others from enduring the same ordeal. The "doctors" at LIVV gave me treatment for my sinuses that left me with chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears). It has caused me immense distress and many sleepless nights. I also began experiencing a gradual loss of hearing and smell.

I originally went to LIVV to get IV treatments and the "doctors" would upsell me. Mr. Phan would push me to get more treatments. Mr. Zand told me that he could help my sinuses and breating. He prescribed me a nasal spray that contained multiple antibiotics and an antifungal medication in it. One of the antibiotics is only supposed to be used as a last resort and is known to cause tinnitus. I also received ozone treatment in my sinuses that caused me to lose my sense of smell. They never told me about any of the risks involved with the treatments. After developing tinnitus, Mr. Zand assured me that it would go away and it was temporary. I have waited three years hoping that it would improve but my ears still ring constantly and I also have hearing loss.

Shortly after I developed tinnitus, Mr. Phan and Mr. Zand setup a conference call to discuss the situation. Instead of explaining what happened and taking responsibility, they focused on selling me more products to treat the tinnitus. Mr. Phan made a joke during the phone call that they wouldn't give me anymore of the medication that caused me to develop tinnitus, which made it seem like he didn't take the situation seriously. Since the conference call, I haven't heard from anyone at LIVV, they never checked on me to see how I was doing.

When I told a medical doctor about what happened, he cringed and told me that the naturopathic doctors at LIVV should have never given me any of those treatments. He also explained that there is no treatment for tinnitus.

I regret not doing my own research on the medications. I should not have trusted the "doctors" at LIVV with my health. They did not take the time to ask for my medical history or examine my sinuses. Their negligent actions and lack of concern have caused irreparable harm, leaving me to cope with tinnitus, hearing loss, and smell loss indefinitely. I urge everyone to seek out medical professionals who genuinely care and prioritize patient safety above all else.
