This is my first time ever writing a review, but it is necessary. Anh is a very sweet lady, but she is often forgetful and I will not be returning. Over the span of around 5 months, I brought items to be alternated 4 separate times. Every single time I went to pick up my clothes on the day she told me to come back, she had lost my clothes in the back and forgotten to tailor them. Each time I brought in 1-3 items of clothing, so it was not a big ask (this last time it was just 1 pair of pants). I kept going back to her because she was sweet, and because I was optimistic, but today was the fourth time. She laughed uncomfortably when I explained that this was the fourth time, and wasn't very apologetic. I am beyond frustrated and cannot believe that every time she forgot my clothing. Each time I was charged, and she did not try to give me a discount or anything. I hope Anh can learn from this to make her business better. I am extremely disappointed.
