3October 5 @10: 23am I called to the sale person requesting him to look for used engine for my big rig. 12pm call back to check the status he (Chuck) promised will call me back and will not forget about me. The next day 10/7 @12: 30 he never call me back. I requested to talk to manager. Lane is a manager, his replied was short stuff we can’t handle it. But every time you call in that person pick up the call the first ring. What a lame excuse. Any business, customer call in because they wants to do business with. I thought they don’t give a dam. Pack up your business to go elsewhere like I did. They are not the only one
Honestly, my intire adult life. This business has ALWAYS gone the extra mile AND bent over backwards to get us whatever parts we needed. When other suppliers and shops were saying "obsolete", "buy a new truck", and "sorry, couldn't find one. " ACME always had it, or got it within 48 hours. Sorry, LKQ. Old habits are hard to change.

Great group of guys work here and are down to earth to help customers out. Definitely coming back here for future semi parts truck purchases.
