Came for simple job. Buying a rim getting tire dismantled. Guy in the front gave me the run-around when it comes to doing something.said he could do it but needs someone to tell him to. So, Even being told over the walkie-talkie he won't budge.

Waited till they called a second guy to do it. Not only a liar, a Lazy one. Waisting people's time. Picture tooken, he tried to threaten me over it. I'm a customer, he's an employee, he lied to me, picture taken. Congrats, Now he's n the hall of shame.

Other than that soda machine gave me 3x, gave two away. To a customer and to the 2nd guy called in to work on my rim.

This place doent take out all the oil from cars they are all half full of oil. It gets on the ground environment nightmare. They are not putting there part in this pick a part where is the city or osha. Then they charge a environnent fee.

I've seen cleaner and more organized scrapyard before. I'll give them the benefit of doubt with 4 stars because I'm sure it's difficult to run these businesses and keep everything clean.

Definitely wear some disposable clothing because the ground is coated in toxic sludge

Be prepared to he overcharged

If you come with low expectations, maybe you'll find what you need and save some money when all is said and done

Convenient. Flatbed came and picked up two of my cars at once. Prices for used cars not great, but it would take me a long time to find buyers for my cars which were both over 20 years old.

I had bought a part (door panel) for my truck a year ago comes that yr later LQR contacts me saying I owe a balance and that it was going to collections.i had to pay for the parts again to avoid collections so mad and upset I would not buy from them again be very watchful.

Horrible customer service. Security at front extremely rude. Kept ignoring me probably because i was white. But all the hispanics he was really helpful too. Will not be going back there

I bought a transmission on this place and they delivery a broken transmission worth than my damage one. When I call to exchange that, they took a week to do it and refuse to pay the mecanic to replace it. I won’t use this never again! Be carful when you order parts from them!

I had a part it cost 60 on internet new they sell it for 75 used. The other junk yard sell same part for $20.
They are out to price gouge. The customers. This lady should be fired cheating people out of money for used parts the assistant manager

All i needed was 5 min to see (visually look) if a part was on a car 5 min before closing (willing to pay $3 entrance and leave my tools at the front desk) and the admissions guys would rather talk to me for 5 min about how it might be an issue and that they stop allowing people in at 5: 45 instead of 6: 00. I suggest u post the latest time of admission so u can avoid the idea of false advertisement for your closing time.

The manager David would not allow me to enter at 450p! Even though it say 5 pm closed! They need to change their hours accordingly, that’s not right your web sight says 5 but the gate is closed before 5! I drove 2 hours for nothing. I’m going g to right as many negative reviews on every web sight protesting against this yard!

I went to this Junkyard and was very happy with the experience! Staff seemed friendly, young guy cashier and the guy who checked receipts on the way out were really cool. Prices were good.

Only bad thing is the ground caked in grease/oil, and bits of glass.it’s a slipping and sliding ride but it’s all good lol

Selection of cars is great, they keep the app updated, so what you see on the app is what you’ll see in person (unlike other locations).

The people working here are morons. I purchased a set of motorcycle carbs that are a set of four. I paid $60 and $20 for warranty. When I was leaving I had to let them mark them for warranty. The guy didn't know how to mark them so he asked the cashier and came back to tell me that I have to pay for the price of 2. That would have been something like $140. Long story short I had to get a refund. Sucks because I really needed the part. Waist of my time. I should have told them #$%@ and left with my carbs. How can they double the price after I already paid.

Great place to find or pick parts for you thats original for a very low price. Electric devices will cost more so if there not looking sneak it in your pockets

I got there a little before the yard opened and there were already a lot of people waiting to get in. Once I found the car I needed parts from, I got to work and finished in no time. But I did forget some other parts that weren't on my original list. From start to finish, including the line at the cashier, it took me about 90 minutes. Pretty good time for someone who doesn't wrench on a car all day, everyday. All in all, it was a good experience today.

Good place for hard to find parts. Just gotta check their website often and go quick especially with popular models old and new. Customer service is hit or miss. Good time to go is when they have 40% off, varies on dates and locations. It does get very packed on those days tho.

Good place for what you need, the problem are the staff, or workers, they do more talk and less work and we need to wait for them to finish talking nothing but personal stuff, other than that, i like to go, and with the new app is easier to fine a car
