These people charge whatever they want for parts I was charged for hitch assemblies when I didn't even buy a hitch assembly I've been a long time customer and really upset their inventory is all just trash cars these days and they add on a 90 day warranty without even asking I will not be going back I will spend the extra money for new OEM parts next time

Prices are getting higher every months at least they should bring back the rewards program and discount days also ask for no warranty they will charge it automatically

The yard is pretty big so if you do intend on visiting, bring something with wheels you can tote your tools on.

This place has matured, only caveat is you should really ask the price of a part before you take it off and then find out twice of what you expected.

All prices have gone up significantly! Better to use ebay or rockauto these days. Used to be my favorite place but no more.

SCAM! BEWARE! THIS PLACE STEALS YOUR MONEY! I went and bought some parts that I needed for my car. At the time of payment I asked how much each part cost and they gave me a set price. After I checked my receipt it turned out that parts were cheaper! BUT they automatically charge you for a 90 day Guarantee that I didn’t requested. I ended up paying $20 MORE. When I told them that I didn’t ask for a guarantee they said that I should’ve known unless I ask for no guarantee at the time of payment. The thing is that when I asked for the prices they gave me a price with guarantee included without letting me know that the part was actually cheaper if I didn’t wanted a guarantee! At the end of the day I ended up looking the parts online and I would’ve spent the same amount buying them new after their Guarantee SCAM! Prices are way to high already for used parts to be scamming people in that way! Will never come back!

P. S. They charged me in between $5-$15 per part for the guarantee! If you go remember to say NO GUARANTEE

Cobran garantía sin pedirla y después de cobrar una buena cantidad por garantía.entre $5 y $15 por parte se niegan a regresarte el dinero porque ya la compraste! Al pedir precios te dan el precio elevado sin decirte que sin la garantía automática es más barato! Termine pagando $20 extra aparte de los precios que ya están sumamente elevados para ser partes usadas. Al final del día me hubiera gastado lo mismo en comprar las partes nuevas! Recuerden si no quieren regalar su dinero díganles que NO GARANTÍA a la hora de pagar!

Just not as fun to go and get dirty, filthy pulling parts and paying damn near the same price if not worse than Amazon, inline anywhere else, I have to say most definitely new owners dunno what they doing and they gonna loose at the end, tha is for 3 items, radio bezel, door handle, and 2 sensors, 87.00 wow.

This place is an essential part of car maintenance, especially if you are like me and drive a not-so-late model vehicle. Employees are usually helpful and definitely tell them what you are looking for so they can help narrow down your search. If I had to give them a knock, it would be the upkeep of the yard as far as loose parts and scattered materials are concerned. It has been better in past years, but there are only more cars every year, always more to take on.

Only problem is that cars aren't organized small cars with big cars in same place as you've to go all around

1 star because the west side imports staff its rude, i ask for the price for a part and was 30 then i went the weekend whit 40% off and the price was 40 included the discount how thats possible? What a rip-off
FOLLOW UP: After 3 year after my first review, i went to the east yard, its even worst, 230 bucks for a set of shocks whitout warranty, really? C'mon i can buy the set new for lower than that shipped to my home

Straightforward, bring your old car, walk away with 650-700 bucks.it's safer to sell an old car here than with who knows who

$3 2 get in. Have 2 search thru 1000s of cars 2 find 1 u need then take off urself. A bit high on price 4 taking off urself compared 2 buying new but u get a 60day return if needed
