LKQ Pick Your Part - Hesperia

Found an alternator for my Mercedes Benz wagon and since the engine is pointing in the correct direction it was easy to remove.paid $54 00.saved $200 on a used vs a remanufactured part.

Disrespectful employees assume everyone is stealing.took my friend hostage for a wheelbarrow.prices are higher than most pick and pulls.would not recommend

Fun to find parts for old vehicles. The employees are rude and dont know how to do the cash register. I was overcharged for an item I didn't buy. No apology was given for the mistake. Get it together!

Always a pleasure. Cool staff and good selection. I do like the fact that they retain key fobs and have a few bins at the registers to dig through. It's a nice perk that other LKQ locations do not offer though they should.

As with all the LkQ/pick a part yards, the prices have become insanely high. I’ve been to this yard many times and have always been treated very well by the staff. This and the Ontario yard seem to have the largest selection of vehicles to ‘pick’ from. Just remember when checking out always say… I DO NOT WANT THE WARRANTY”! If you don’t, they’ll slide it in on you with out saying a word!

Nice and friendly people but still got charged guarantee fees even thought I had told cashier to take it off.check your receipt before you walk out the door. There are guarantees, ENV and tax fees. I was told admission fee does not go against the purchase. I was able to successfully dispute with the credit card company to take off guarantee fees. Who needs a guarantee on bolts and nuts?

It's a junk yard, I understand that, but they charge very close to the same prices as an auto parts store, which is ridiculous. Going to a junkyard or salvage yard means used parts, and the whole reason people go there is so they don't have to pay ridiculously high prices for parts. These junk yard are exactly that, yards with junk.

Be careful of the old guy with the white hair in the ponytail. Worst attitude and always in a bad mood. Worst customer service skills. All other employees are cool and helpful, except for the old man. The old man treats everybody like trash. What a shame.

Just to be easy to get around with the Lkq app, now these place is a caos, before with the app, you search and locate the vehicles you need parts for, go to the lane find the vehicle in the section number where the car is located, now I just find out they mixed the domestic and imports, before domestic they have a section and imports where separated, also trucks and suv, now you have to walk the complete yard to find the vehicle, employees don’t even have an idea, lots of inventory, bring your tools, or ask for help to the guys with the dolly’s they removed for you for a fee, LKQ management please sort the vehicles by imports and domestic

Good place to get used parts in the high desert.but they don't ask for # no more so you can acquire point per money exchange.

Excellent selection. Easy to get around vehicles. Most prices are listed on the website to gauge if it's worth the effort to remove and buy. All the staff I have worked with have been friendly and professional. I shall return!

Gotten way too greedy way before inflation, these crooks will try n charge you for everybolt even if broken needing repair. They pay minimal for your JUNK car n charge 20% less than new parts. DONE WITH ALL JUNK YARDS NOW!

Surprisingly this is like a hidden jewel in the High Desert! The people were very helpful and plenty of parking. Although we weren't able to find what we were looking for a lot of others were coming out carrying, toting, and hauling all sorts of things! I give it a thumbs up
