We are very pleased with our expierence at Lumber Liquidators in Fairfield, Ca. The store manager Monica was most helpful and very professional. We pursched vinyl plank flooring end and matching baseboard.

Worst customer service possible. Appointments are required but their website does not state that.the sign on door States 10 people allowed in store at one time, but they're only allowing one person/ appointment. The price is seen through the window we're higher than home Depot sale price for same product.also, if they are truly that concerned about the community's health, the employee should be wearing masks.

Worked with Roberto sold us engineered flooring for our home. Great service non pushy sales man. We drove from the peninsula because all of our local stores were closed. Despite only allowing one customer at a time he took his time and went into great Detail on all the products we were interested in. Will recommend to friends and family.

Wife and I needed some new flooring in our home, we shopped around at your local stores. We got the greatest deal and best customer service with a gentlemen named Robert at Fairfield Lumber liquidators, he was absolutely polite and professional gave numerous options and was patient while we asked questions and researched options available at other locations. If a 6th star was available I would give it. While in entirety didn’t feel pressured to buy my greatest concern was not only price but social distancing as well and I am pleased to say absolutely no contact was necessary! Asked for a quote, told someone would get back to me in 24hours. Here we are 3 weeks later and no one has made any contact, there has been no follow up what so ever. Customer service and follow through is such a lost art these days and is so frustrating. Guess my money wasnt good enough for them. It's all good though, we went with Prestige flooring who came out the next day and had our quote the day after that. He even let us take pieces of flooring home so we could see how it looks. We are now going to have them replace our entire fownstairs.

These guys are THE BEST! We went in to look at some laminate for a small project that we were working on and left to look at some others only to find our car battery had died! We went back in thinking we would buy the laminate, that we probably would have bought anyway (so affordable and beautiful!) and then ask them to help jump our car. Turns out we weren’t able to buy the laminate as they were fresh out, so they recommended other liquidators in the area and still jumped our car! They were so friendly the entire time and even came out (IN THE RAIN!) to help us! I cannot recommend them enough!

I buy the flooring & acclimate it. I lay the flooring down in the kitchen (~180sf) & saw large dull patchy areas after 90% layed down. Thinking this is part of protective coating, I'm too mop it off when flooring completely layed down. It never comes off. Matter of fact it's not finished properly. After going back & forth with Gerardo, he in a round about way agreed it's a flawed surface. BUT WHEN THE FLOOR IS LAYED DOWN IT'S YOURS, NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE. IT'S YOURS! I GOT NOTHING! NO! THING! SO BE CAREFUL. Shady. After the fact, They told me I should've layed all the planks and look for flaws. How do I know? I don't know what to look floor. Shady!
