If I could give LL floor company and the Pittsburg store a negative rating I would. The representatives at the corporate office have been incompetent and extremely slow to respond. I have found the materials to be cheap and not very durable. Additionally LL floor is marketing materials they claim to be waterproof however the planks themselves bow with any moisture in the air. I have found the employees at the Pittsburg store to be condescending and not very helpful. Buyer beware! They will take your money quickly but give you the runaround if any problems arise.
