This place is so duty, their bathroom are the worst, If their from is disgusting I can’t imagine the kitchen.
One time I had a microwavable mac and cheese and nobody would heat it up for me, but when I asked L&L they heated it up no problem and I got to enjoy my mac and cheese
Cashier not competent in taking orders. I had to repeat my order three times and on the third time someone from the back came up and helped her to get my order. I should have had fried shrimp order. I was only given one shrimp and charged for one shrimp that is not correct for item number 30. I ordered noodle soup with green onions and I had perhaps five small pieces of onion in the full container of soup. Although everything tasted very good there obviously was some questions with regard to the cashiers competency and even the grill persons competency as who would order one shrimp?
The food is clean and the workers are very nice and I recommend the musubis are goodI will definitely come back!
I like Hawaiian BBQ but this location is almost disgustingly dirty. Stark contrast with Ono by the Whipple exit which is sparkling clean.
Very oily fast food, it wasn't clean furniture cushions ripped open it seems they are not doing good business. Will be cautious going in here next time.
I called to place an order and was hung up on multiple times. Completely unprofessional service and the guy working the register lied and stated that he told me to “call back” because I was walking in as this was happening. He also stated there was no manager or owner. This place employs clowns and their food is substandard at best. Would give no stars if possible.
The front of the store looks nice but my wife went in the restroom and she said it was disgusting in the women’s restroom, then I went in the men’s room and the urinal was covered in a black bag, the smell of the bathroom was a disgrace, so I went in the stall and there was graffiti everywhere. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Never going again. They need new management or something
