L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, La Verne CA

Great branch with friendly employees, ready time, and portion sizes, I highly recommend it!

Food is delicious portions are excellent but costumer service needs more training no smiles or commutation on the personal phone and joking with the cook's.

Great poke bowls, everything was cooked to order. Chicken Katsu bowl is a favorite of mine as well. Flavor is definitely there. Alot of places to eat on foothill but this one is a hidden gem.

My favorite Hawaiian food spot. This L&L has the best macaroni salad. I literally always get a bbq chicken plate, but everything on the menu is good.

Food was as if it's cooked yesterday and reheated today! I got the BBQ Mix!
I was the only customer at noon time, and it probably was a slow day, so the food was bad!
People working there didn't look like they are enjoying what they are doing!

Ordered uber eats asked for utensils but did not receive them. Walking 10 mins to the store to buy some until my food gets cold.

Yesterday's lunch was the worst lunch I have ever picked up at L&L. The food looked and tasted like it was cooked the day before. Mac Salad was below par and smelled funny. You guys really surprised me as food is typically ok. Unfortunately not ever going back to you guys after being a long time customer.

Recommend everyone check their food prior to leaving the premises.

It is a typical L&L Hawaiian Barbecue establishment, this one is located in La Verne, near Foothill Boulevard. I have been here several times, after leaving work. The meals, during my visits, were delicious. Furthermore, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy my dinner. At the same time, the service was prompt and courteous. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in La Verne area, I would recommend to stop by this establishment.

These guys were Super Coo and friendly, the food was DDDDDELICIOUS! Will come back over and over. We ate the food with our hands. The garlic salmon and pineapple chicken fire so flavorful!

I have been at this Hawaiian Barbecue, once, and it was in September of 2022. The meal, that I have ordered, was delicious, and well-made. The wait line, to order meals, was not long. In addition, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy the meal. The staff, that worked during that shift, were helpful and friendly. Definitely, if anyone is in the area of La Verne, I would recommend to stop by this establishment. The prices, too, are worth it.

Awesome food friendly environment staff is friendly and awesome great place to eat the place and the food is original that you'll get closest to having a meal from Hawaii a taste of Hawaii love it will be going back every other Friday for dinner

I have been going here since 2015, the service and food was great. I went here lately and the restaurant has changed.
The food was okay I asked for and paid for some curry katsu gravy. When I got home I was really Thick and the taste was spoiled.
