L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, San Diego CA

The barbecue sauce tasted expired, no soda available, chicken Katsu cold and tasted as if it was sitting there since am, same for barbecue beef. I spent almost $30 and I regret it! L&L at Sweetwater road food is cooked as you ordered it here no. Even the sides of the Katsu was pink

Great place in San Diego Naval Base to grab a quick lunch. The Katsu Curry is always my choice.

The price of this place has sky rocketed. Upcharged of $4.25 if you want beef BBQ, which is outrageous. They also have this tea on the side that they start selling, which is a joke. Disgusting horrible taste, water down tea for the price of starbucks. Not worth it, why is this place still open.

Time is also inconsistent.

They truly are the most authentic Hawaiian food outside of Hawaii that you can get on the cheap. The servings you get from this location are fantastic for the price.

Trash costumer service is disrespectful. Tinanong ako kung pinoy ako and then ask me if i speak tagalog because i’m speaking english. I overheard the conversation that i’m filipino i should speak tagalog. First of all don’t tell me what language should i speak and you guys are serving service member have some respect yun lang!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Just take them off base already and replace with good quality food. I’ve went to other L&L franchises and this is by far the worst. Customer service is subpar and the food doesn’t taste the same as I’ve received from other L&L stores. Pleaseeee remove them and add something else to base

They give entirely too much food. Wouldn't be a problem if it was good. It's ok, I'll never go back. But u get alot of food lol

This place it’s great don’t get me wrong but always they close early July 1 one they closing at 1500 Instead of 1600

Locally owned and operated chain eatery with emphasis on Hawaiian delicacies. Great staff and great food.

I received food poisoning from this restaurant. Do not eat here, at all costs. Food handling and employee sanitization procedures are not being followed. Corporate level needs to get involved and hammer down on this place. This is unacceptable.

The food and service was good as usual, the price since the last time I got food here has skyrocketed. I got a mini loco moco and a drink and a masubi and spent almost 25$ the only other complaint I have is that when I got my food it was upside down.

Food is trash, nothings made to order…. I order the bbq chicken plate and spit it out rice is crunchy Mac salad taste like it was made a few days ago. Had to demand a refund and they were acting like they don’t know how to do.first and last time at thie

Place is a dump. At 1100 the BBQ chicken was crunchy chunks of who knows what. Left-over from the day before?
Rice King / Sbarros was 10x better.

Didn’t offer me a receipt and wouldn’t give me a refund. Gave me an unofficial store credit that probably won’t be valid whenever I come back to San Diego. The rice and shrimp is not good.
