I usually do not like to hate on small businesses…. BUT If you have a pest issue that is any bigger than 3 ants, DO NOT GO HERE. We had a mice/rat problem and while these people are friendly, their methods were so barbaric and ineffective that after 2 months of “treating” our place they had successfully caught one rat. During those two months the rats ate our food, contaminated our apartment, and required round the clock cleaning. They do their job so slowly, and again SO INEFFECTIVE and lazy with their approach I had to take matters into my own hands. I ON MY OWN WITH NO EXPERIENCE caught 15 rats, including the mother rat in under one week. THEY WERE ALLOWING ME TO LIVE WITH RATS WITHOUT TREATING THE ISSUE. And they acted like they did not care, and like they were professionals and knew what they were doing. Even after I solved their problem for them, the person that came talked down to me like I was SO inexperienced. This company still comes to my apartment to “treat” the house and what do I hear in my walls? RATS. AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS OF HAVING THESE PEOPLE COME TO MY HOME THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED ONE PROBLEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, OR PATIENCE.

Service technician super thorough and knowledgeable about my rodent infestation and started a great program to rid me of them.

Timely. Friendly. I did NOT like that I told him ahead of time to bring shoe covers and he walked across my kitchen floor without them - despite being told yesterday and today.

Found Loyds Pest control by chance when walking my dog in nearby neighborhood. The technicians were removing cobwebs from the home windows and walls and were careful around plants and decorations. I asked them how to get an estimate and 1 stopped what he was doing to get me info from his truck- he was very polite. Fast forward made arrangements to get assistance with a 1st time terrible flea issue. They worked quickly to get me scheduled! They explained the process and what we needed to do inside and out, discussed a 2nd visit within 30 days to combat the hatching of eggs left behind. Both applications went seamlessly, Austin stayed in touch so I could work from home until his arrival and then they sprayed inside and out. We had advanced notice to get animals out of the house for a couple hours. Glad to report we haven't seen a flea on the dog or anywhere since!

Phone call letting me know he was coming, then showed up exactly when he said was great. To top it off, he was kind and professional doing this work after answering a few questions. I've worked with Lloyds for many many years and have nothing bad to say at all. Thank you.

Mr. Miles is a great pest control service technician. He is knowledgable, professional, on time and reliable. Some of the things John has assisted us with are the abatement of ants, pincher bugs, spiders, and rodents.
