Ordered pickup and the ramen was gross.broth smelled funny but tried it anyway, did not taste good.the pork felt old and very chewy.first time here so i did not realize it is basically subway style.the meat was probably sitting there all day waiting to be ordered.and it was very overpriced, especially considering a maruchan or cupnoodles tastes 1000 times better.will never be back here.

My two friends and I ordered different broths, and each one was so salty that it overpowered the flavor. There was a sign for chicken karagge, which i wanted, but I didn't see any on display. When I asked the employee, she pointed to the teriyaki chicken. I told her that it wasn't, and then she admitted she didn't know what it was. When I ordered my Boba drink, they were out of the first 2 flavors I wanted. There are other Ramen places in town that have better choices and service. I'm not returning to the one.

I order a bowl of Ramen with spinach noodles because I am diabetic and regular noodles will cause my blood sugar to spike.

The bowl I received came with standard ramen noodles. Maybe next time.

Left a review last night but it no longer seems to be here. I order on postmates ramen with Spinach noodles. The bowl I received came with regular ramen noodles. This wouldn't be a big deal if I weren't diabetic and the noodles hadn't caused my blood sugar to spike.

Pretty poor Ramen, very salty and the pork was mostly just fat. There's better Ramen else where.

The chicken was dry and definitely not fresh probably there from the day before. Quality has gone down tremendously post COVID.

Customer service was terrible, I went in and the girl behind the counter looked pissed that I walked in, threw her phone on the counter and all. Don’t go to this restaurant find another.

So went here for a bowl of Ramen and what I got was some dried top Ramen that I could of made at home. As soon as they soaked up they started falling apart like the cheap top Ramen, even maruchan would of lasted a bit longer in the broth. I feel like that is what I was served those cheap store bought noodles that cost 30c a piece. I am very disappointed, because if I wanted cheap noodles I could have done that my self. This meas was mediocre at best. Methrowing my money down the toilet would have been more satisfying.

Let me start by saying this place was my favorite for years. Now, unfortunately it is subpar with little to no flavor. The last time I went I noticed ALL the sauces for the Poke bowl were watered down. I was hoping it was a fluke. Not so, they were even more watered today and the smaller containers only half full. The Wasabi mayo was WATER, straight liquid. Do they not think the loyal customers will notice? And why would you want to serve that anyway? I just don't get cutting corners on a $15 bowl. So dissatisfied in the lack of quality anymore.

Came to this place and my mom and I ordered the Poke and the Ramen.
For both of them, the portions were decent, however the price was super average. About $15, and while the amount was alright, the quality was low.
The seafood in the poke was not impressive and tasted alright.
For the ramen, the broth and noodles were pretty average. They tasted alright, but the other toppings were not good. The pork chasu was super fatty (not in a good way), chewy, and low quality. All of the vegetable options were raw, and although the build your own bowl said that you could get unlimited garnishes, after I selected a few, and was looking at the other options, the lady just slapped a lid on it and proceeded to ring it up.
Additionally, there was a seasoned egg buried at the bottom of the bowl which I did not ask for, but was charged for. I didn't find it until I was almost done with my meal.

Also, they don't serve their food in real bowls or with real utensils. I was only given a plastic takeout bowl with wooden chopsticks and a plastic spoon. Not impressive.

Overall, I will not be coming back because the food is low quality and the price is not great.
Be wary with the pork chasu, and make sure you get all the garnishes you want if you do come here.
