Sales staff were terrible and no one in any of the companies contacted us with any updates or even the days they were going to install our solar panels. The only way we found out is by us continually calling The the blame game started with each other’s handling. Jamie would text she would call and then never contacted us. Their way of rectifying it was to pay first months payment. While that is great, still does not excuse our whole situation and how terrible it was! The techs came out and luckily I contacted them to see when they were coming otherwise I would have had a knock on my door at 6 am. The tech who installed the meters and circuit breaker panel was the best ever and explained a lot to us that the sale company failed to tell us. That made us think we made a mistake with going solar. Sales dept also said that we could use the rebate and apply to our loan so payments would remain the same throughout our loan. However l, I found it is not a rebate but a tax credit. Very different! Would not recommend any of the companies who got us out solar system. Others may be good but not the ones we had to go through for Titan Solar. Took us 5 months to get our solar up and running and was told originally 6-8 weeks. Look at reviews before going with a solar company and know what 3rd parties they go through! Was very disappointed.

Dave is great! He has helped me several times and is always up front and easy to communicate with.

It's been a wonderful experience, I would recommend this company to everyone, please, please give these people a raise they deserve it, they work so hard, and do very good work.

After getting a solar loan, they told me they can save me money on a refi. Appraisal came in less than the appraisal six months earlier without solar. The appraisal gave us no value for the purchased solar panels. Plus they hit my wife's and my credit twice, as hard inquiries.

Very unprofessional on the phone, I had reached out to several places to get a Refi on my home and due to circumstances it just wasn't the right time so when I got another call from these guys I informed them that I was no longer looking to Refi and the guy just hung up, not even a word, very unprofessional.for certain I will never do any kind of business with LoanPal

Awful experience, looks like a tie with us power savers and loanpal, even without installation loan pal gave money for solar panels go us power savers and they don’t care.once you signed the doc you have to pay the loan. It’s a scam with low pal and us power savers

So far.terrible. I have sent them three emails this week asking questions and they have ignored each one. They told me that I would be able to make weekly auto payments but that was untrue. They told me that I could make auto additional payments. That was untrue. I have made two payments so far and none of my payments show on any statements.

Marcus Rivera was the reason the loan process was overall very good. He was patient and went over all our questions. I would recommend him to my family and my friends.he was not pushy at all and gave us several options. Good experiance
