Great guys and staff. I ordered 2 7ft gaff blanks and had been waiting 2 weeks for them. They were being shipped 2500 miles. UPS messed it up and broke the blanks. They stuffed a grab bar inside half of the box. Thanks to the guys at Lobster Port LLC for getting this squared away and shipping 2 new blanks to me over the air. I really appreciate it.

I ordered some boots from Geoff through Amazon. Although the order was sent wrong it was an honest mix-up and Geoff and his team came thru to make it right in the end. He kept in contact and even put little notes in the replacement boxes he sent.

Highly disappointed. Drove 30 minutes to arrive at 9: 30 only to find this note. Waited a half hour and no one ever showed up. Do not appreciate wasting my morning.

I placed an online order for a handful of Promar TR-502 traps for turtle research and received the traps in a timely manner, along with a handwritten note from the owner, Geoff, saying he forwarded our website to his reptile-crazy friend. It was a great reminder about why I prefer to buy from small businesses instead of big corporations. Plus the particular trap in question wasn't available from any other online retailers. Next time I'm in the market for traps, nets, or other sampling equipment I'll check with LP Fishing Supply first.
