I've placed multiple orders with them, and every single time, communication with them has been super easy and the quality of products and the printing has been exactly what I expected. Overall this is a great company to work with and I will be placing many more orders with them:)
Terrible customer service. The guy that was on the phone with hung up on me while I was trying to put in an order. Made me repeat myself so he it seemed like he didn’t mean to hang the phone up on purpose or the line cut off. Tried to call him back but didn’t respond or bother to call me back. Horrible customer service.
Martin did a fantastic job on our tanks for a bachelorette. Very good pricing as well. He was friendly and fast with the order.
