They couldn't copy my car key and program a keyless entry device clicker for the car. They tried but said VW / Audi people must use the dealership.

I purchased a couple keychains.

Wishing these folks another 25+ years of good business! We lost our file cabinet key a few weeks ago, and spend hours hunting for it, and even trying to pick it using youtube videos. We urgently needed original records buried in there, including a passport appointment in the next week. Friends discouraged calling a locksmith to our house due to high costs for everything these days. I finally caved, and was surprised and happy they were able to remotely decode the type of key using photos I texted, and a few minutes and $25 later, I was able to pick up a key that immediately fit. THANK YOU! Will definitely return for future locksmith needs.

Came into get a key fob replaced waited 5 minutes standing in front of 4 employees that didn’t say anything to me. Told 2 different employees multiple times that the physical key attached to the remote key fob was a different key than the door key. (Different ignition, what’s so hard to understand about that? Idk.) 10 minutes pass and they quote me $200 for a replacement key fob. Ended up buying a leather pouch for my key instead.

Have a 1969 Lincoln continental.keys in trunk. Victor came out and was so professional.the cars my baby.and he put me at ease.got it open without putting a scratch on her.gotta love a company that knows how to take care of buisness!

The locksmith at this place was able to decode and duplicate a Medeco key that I had saved since the early 90's. He thought it would take 40 minutes or longer. He took less than 20 minutes and the key works! On top of that, he gave me a receipt with the model number of the key which isn't included with the key itself and the coding of the cuts. I also grabbed a cheap can of Houdini while there. Great service!

Knowledgeable, immediate, cheap. Much quicker, more reliable, and secure than getting your key copies from those machines at a supermarket.

We needed to get into our apartment on a saturday. They answered our call early Saturday morning and we were able to schedule an appointment. The technician who came out to the house Julio was simply amazing. He was incredibly courteous and kind and exceptionally professional at not only opening the lock but also fixing some of the issues we were having with the lock and the keys. I needed a replacement car key. They ordered it, and programmed the new key per the timeline they shared at the outset. Very easy to work with too.

Not a fan. They're supposedly able to copy specialty keys, however the blanks they used are thicker and don't work. Waste of money and time and can't have them redo or refund due to distance. Double check any keys you have made there. Disgusted.

These folks are, what's being so rare, a FULL SERVICE retail business. I have used them years ago when they MADE keys for my Jag and most recently made replacing and re-key my deadbolt effortless. Wish there were more businesses like this still around. (Safeway kiosk was useless). Wheekchair access WITH electric door opener.

Incredible experience! Highly recommend. They are fluent in Spanish and English, are exceptionally professional, communicative, timely and cheap! Could not believe their price! I was quoted over $200 less by these guys compared to their competitors. Price can't be beat! It took them 4 minutes to program my key fob to my car. Compare that to Ace Hardware which took OVER an hour to do the same thing. These guys know what they're doing.

They were quick and very professional. They replaced the batteries in both of my key locks. The cost was less than I expected. I would definitely recommend coming here for your keys and locks.

What an extraordinary company. Thorough, friendly, professional. It's clear to see why they are busy. They really went the extra mile for us.

My friend and I were locked out of her RV Friday after 6pm (unfortunate evening and weekend timing.). The insurance company and credit card company kept sending out car lockout services (this isn't a car door!) or technicians kept outright canceling hours after confirming. You would think the RV insurance would understand what is required.even AAA was of no help. We were out in the cold until 2am when we gave up, it was all very frustrating. Can you imagine if we didn't have our phones or worse? The next morning we called a few local places, most again couldn't do an RV. I am not exaggerating when I say I counted 13 failed attempts between the two of us.

Finally we called Lockworks and John answered. He understood our frustration and confirmed he could pick the lock of an RV door. He gave us a reasonable expectation of about 2 hours for one of their techs to come, but then instead came himself 45 minutes later because he didn't want us to wait any longer (over 1 hour earlier!) Yay our savior! He got us in and was a pleasure the whole time. Thank you John!

There are people who call them selves locksmiths and there are people who really are locksmiths. The guys at this place are locksmiths they are the real deal. I use them for and would recommend there for automotive, residential and commercial locksmithing as well as safe work. Jason is phenomenal and all the techs I have had the pleasure of working with are great at what they do.

My car key got bent when opening my trunk so I tried to straighten it out but it snapped in half.

I ended up super gluing it and taking it here to get duplicated. They were nice enough to charge me for a regular car key duplicate and even if I brought it here in two pieces, their prices are about 80% lower than another locksmith that had 5 stars and more reviews on yelp.

I'm a bit confused as to how one of their competitors have 5 stars when that same competitor is constantly price gouging everyone. The other locksmith wanted 8x what this place would have charged me. Please note, my car is a 96 Mazda Miata and it does not have a transponder so it's just a regular key.

The gentleman there was able to clamp my superglued key and create a duplicate without up charging me at all. He was really friendly and remembered the conversation I had with him on the website.

Bottom line, this is the place to get amazing service at a great price. I just got back and tried the duplicated key, it works better than my last key. I'll be headed back for some more duplicates now.
