In response to the owner’s response:
1. Your website says $115. I complained about being quotes $180 bc no where on your website does it say the “price may change”. If that was listed, like other stylist websites, then I would have EXPECTED a variance once I arrived.

2. If you were white, I wouldn’t have booked you to do my locs. Maybe hair extensions but not locs on 4c hair.

3. My hair came out decent, I’ve definitely had a lot better for less.

4. You couldn’t give before and after pictures bc you do not have them. I do. It’s better if you asked me to post them as a reference than bluff about showing them.

Two stars bc she gave me insight on what oils to use. Other than that, I didn’t like:

•having to wait 30+ mins when I made an appointment

•being quoted $65 more dollars than what’s on the website (mind you, the site doesn’t say anything about the price changing or varying)

•being in the salon for over 3 hours for a simple retwist

•how fast my retwist untwisted (5 days) …I wore them out… no styles or wigs

I chose this stylist after talking to her over the phone for about 15 minutes. I loved that she was older bc I THOUGHT that she would be more professional but I was wrong.

Lesson learned. I will not be back

First off she was late! Second she had three of us booked for 9: 00am! My wife and I will never go back to this person. Very unprofessional.

The owners response was untrue! Since she has cameras she should refresh her memory and watch and hear what she said on the last appointment we had with her! Don't lie about the events! Just stop.

Angie is very knowledgeable about locs and she makes her own oils. 2 of which I purchased and have been working well for me

No competition Angie is still the best loc lady. Very fast and professional and goes out of her way to make all her clients feel at home. I personally enjoy every experience
