4I'm sure this is a hopping visitor center in normal times, but both the visitor center and the campground were closed during our last visit in March 2021. If you were hoping to hike the Tokopah Trail, you will have to add an additional. 5 miles to your trek since you'll have to park at the Lodgepole Visitor Center instead of the campsite parking.
I bought this beautiful pair of silver earrings a few years back; I wore them for at least 3 years non-stop before I broke them (using them to open a phone's SD slot [yeap, my fault].
I love everything they sell here and great quality is superb.
It was closed due to Covid 19. But several people were using the restrooms and eating packed lunches in their cars.
Nice place to grab some snacks. The giant forrest museum is a bit better on souvenirs but very nice facility overall
