Fantastic service as usual, car was diagnosed and the problem was fixed in the same day. Replacing an AC condenser is a very involved repair and was stoked at the speedy turnaround time. Props to the techs and the service advisors were great as usual, friendly and approachable

I don't typically do reviews but we received exceptional service at Lodi Honda. We are traveling north in our motorhome towing our CRV behind us. My husband was having problems with the car battery and Juan got us right into service late on a Saturday afternoon. We were back on the road in a little over an hour with a new battery. They had also checked the electrical charging system. Juan undersood that we were traveling and needed help immediately. Thank you Juan and Lodi Honda!

Came in for service. Service writer was very rude, not helpful at all. Would not recommend them for service and if they can't be helpful when servicing a car why would you buy a car from them. Would not recommend.

We recently needed help in getting some body work done on our Accord, and the GM made a call to the body shop they use, and was able to get our car in for the needed repairs. The customer service was excellent, not only with the body shop, but with the Lodi Honda crew who helped my wife with renting the courtesy car. Just a great all around customer satisfaction!
