LOEWE Beverly Hills reviews
7Good inventory and great customer service at this LA flagship location. I got a hammock bag and flamenco bag on two separate occasions and had a great shopping experience.
Beautiful shop. Great customer service. Service during my return was also excellent, above par.
If you leave your to perform military service, you have the right to elect to continue your existing employer-based health plan coverage for you and your dependants for up to 24 months while in the military.
Been there twice and got ignored by agents both time. Both time we were wearing Loewe bags, glasses, and shoes so it’d been obvious we are loyal brand customers however the salespersons acted as if they didn’t like to sell anything. I feel like there was a tad racism in the way they behaved even from the director but I hope I’m wrong
Had a great experience working over the phone with them. Very nice employees and love that I can order something from the collection and go pick it up later in the week when I travel in
You know this brand is total scam with they don’t offer returns and only store credit. Are sales that bad you need to scam people?
I purchased a bag yesterday 12/4 and decided to return the bag the next day (less than 24 hours) 12/5 because I changed my mind about the bag being worth the $1500 I paid for and no longer wanted.
I was never informed of their return policy and the purchase being final sale nor did I sign my name next to anything terms and conditions stating final sale. On top of that the sales associate tells me the return policy is printed on the receipt and mentions that all designer brands have the same return policy. I'm sorry but no they don't. The biggest brands such as Chanel and Dior offer refunds within 30 days because they aren't SCAMMERS like you. The receipt shows a return policy covered by giant LOEWE logo which is laughable. How am I supposed to know about your return policy after I’ve made the purchase or read it when it’s covered by your giant logo. This brand clearly goes to great lengths to not be clear or inform the customer. I will be reporting them to the FTC and hope they are fined heavily for scamming customers this blatantly. Luckily I have a great bank that will refund my money. The sad part is I would have probably purchased other items in the long term but your bad business model clearly won't keep customers coming back or instill trust in purchasing from your brand ever again.
