Log Cabin Diner reviews
18We loved this diner so much we stopped every day we were up north & went out of our way the last day. Even though it was winter & the menu was “limited” there were PLENTY of options. We didn’t have any trouble finding a seat and the food came fast. The pancakes are HUGE and the eggs are always cooked perfectly.
They were a little short staffed the day we came, but they delivered! The food was amazing and our server was attentive and friendly. Defiantly coming back. A huge plus was that we saw 2 Emu neighbors.yes. EMU; as in the bird.
Highly recommended! Great food and great customer service!
Exactly what I was looking for! This place is great! Hearty and Homemade is the theme! I wanted to order everything, but managed to get eggs bene, pancakes and a side of sausage and managed to get 99% finished. They aren't shy with portions! If going to the Trees of Mystery this needs to be a stop on the way, unless your coming from the North, then this is your detour!
This is the place to stop at. The food and service are awesome. It's like entering an old tv sitcom dinner.
We first tried this place out at least 10 years ago when we were seeing the redwoods with our kids. The kids have grown up and moved on, and my wife and I came back through by ourselves. The food was good then, it's even better now. The service was great, price was good, food was great. Thickest tastiest pancakes I've had in a long while. We probably won't be back for another 10+ years (it's about 9 hours to our house from here) but hope it's still here when we do.
Excellent food, warm and friendly service, and just a feel good place. Very consistent and just a joy to experience. They make you feel like family.
I’ve been staying Ashland visiting and doing the tourist thing, this club sandwich is the best meal I’ve had in two days.
Thank you for finally giving me a meal I can finish!
Perfect place to stop for breakfast or lunch on 101 - we had some of each. Food was delicious, place was charming and very clean, and the service was some of the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely come back!
Cute little dinner, friendly staff, philly cheese steak was so tasty pretty good clam chowder
The best place to eat lunch
and breakfast in Klamath
in a classic diner with great
food.
I was hungry after visiting
the Trees of Mystery and
stopped in for lunch.
I ordered a short stack of
pancakes, a chicken hoagie
(no bacon, onion, or Swiss
cheese), and iced tea.
The lunch menu has burgers,
hoagie, and sandwiches.
Breakfast includes fried egg sandwiches, pancakes,
omelets, french toast, and
much more.
I received my order after a short wait and the pancakes were light and fluffy with
good taste.
The grilled chicken was not
overcooked and the hoagie
was great tasting.
Located off of Hwy 101 at
the Klamath Bridge on
CA -169 (Klamath Glen Road) near the Tour Thru Tree.
A great place to grab a bite
to eat in a classic diner
setting with friendly service,
a menu with a number of
options, and great food.
My wife and i stopped in here from a recommendation of some folks we met at the lookout at Dads Camp, so glad we went. Really nice roadside mom and pop restaurant. Our server Bobby was so nice and recommended the Klamath Burger, which was amazing! My wife had the chicken strips and fries which were also delicious. If you’re in Klamath do not miss the Log Cabin Diner! Thank You LCD!
A+ Lunch experience while out here on the west coast. I ordered a small biscuit and gravy along with the chicken fried tenders and fries. Did not disappoint one bit. Tenders were good enough to not even need the sauce they offered.
Bring a big appetite or a friend.the food is fresh, hot, delicious, and there’s plenty of it.
Food was amazing! The Hollandaise sauce was out of this world. Biscuits and gravy was the best I’ve had in ages and the price can’t be beat. Will definitely be back
We stopped here for breakfast before seeing the local attractions. The food was great and the service was excellent.
An American Diner at its best: great breakfast but even better atmosphere. Lizzie radiates good vibes and energy, just the best way to start into an adventurous day!
Best ever and everything on this menu is awsome the owner and staff keep everything clean and it shows.
It’s a little hole-in-the-wall diner, went there because it was one of the only places open because 8 am in the area and I’m sure glad I did. They serve your basic diner breakfast food but it was amazing, the two meat scramble was delicious, a large portion and they didn’t skimp on the ham and sausage.
The waitress we had was so welcoming and nice, the service was fast too, maybe waited 10–5 minutes for our food.
Definitely someplace you’ll want to stop for a quick filling breakfast before exploring the redwoods.
