Worked with Lindsay a while ago and she truly helped me a lot. I am very grateful for her and her expertise. Had a good experience with the office admin as well!

The therapist I saw was great, she was nice and professional. I have never seen a therapist before and loved it.
However every time I try to leave a voicemail it cuts off saying that my voicemail was not recorded. Front staff have bad customer service.

Doctors are outstanding! Since this is my very first experience with a low-income office (due to a disability) my expectations were extremely low. The office team leaves much to be desired. Manager, Minerva, takes no responsibility when calls are not returned for weeks at a time or if a Dr is not available for MONTHS at a time. When my doctors were both on Maternity leave and I could not get an appointment for 2 months straight, Minerva's response was a flippant message on my voice mail explaining that there is nothing she can do to help. Also, that if I felt that bad, to just go to an emergency room. It was unbelievable. I found out later from Chris (great worker at the reception desk) that I could EASILY have been seen by a Doctor if I had just come into the office and been willing to wait for an opening or a break in his or her schedule. Why is a person managing an office if she has no compassion nor correct facts to provide the patient?
