Logan's Roadhouse reviews
14Customer service was good overall took 15m to get drink order 25 m for our food I order medium rare and it was 100 charcoal I explained to the waitress witch she was very nice but her explanation was the food was left under the lamp a little to long. 6 was overcooked, and to finish off my husband order medium and well also was well done.one more I had 2 orders to different drinks were not good the limes were old and you can taste it.sad, ahyy, and they were out of the main dishes' ribs, chicken, fish.they should close and go home.
First time here, and it was horrible! They seated us at a table that smelled like it was cleaned with a mildew rag. Our waiter cleaned it with a fresh towel. All of our food came out cold and flavorless. The person next to us sent his food back because it was a cold. Everything tasted horrible! Our waiter was ok, just not that attentive. The wings were under cooked the only thing that was ok was the potato soup. I usually give a place a second chance, but im not sure about this place. I wouldn't eat here even if the food was free. We'll stick with Texas Roadhouse grill instead.
Went in on Thursday there was barely any people sat at the bar. Ordered the filet mignon (medium rare) it was okay nothing new they forgot my rolls (told them in the end) and my cheesecake never came. I got frustrated and said I don’t need the dessert, this place is not worth the value. At least the bartender seemed nice
Nice steak house with affordable prices with great customer service I love it here their breads are so good warm and fluffy it’s worth my drive to Fontana
We had sirloin steak medium, baked potato, salad, Mac and cheese, rolls, teriyaki chicken, grilled salmon, grilled shrimp, deep fried mushrooms, and deep fried pickles. It was delicious. We also had sweet tea, pink lemonade and orange juice. Everything was cooked to perfection. The waitress was so attentive and I'm sure she memorized the menu because she answered all our questions about everything thoroughly and with no hesitation. Bathrooms were clean and it was nice and cool in the restaurant. Logan's Roadhouse is my restaurant of choice. Thank you to everyone at Logan's.
A little pricier than they used to be, but well worth it. Unplanned date night dinner and a beer. Great service, great food, and a much needed chill atmosphere.
They charge you a credit card fee to use your card so they prefer cash and then don't have the change to give you your change back after using cash. Food was mediocre. Mashed potatoes take like they came from a box and steamed broccoli was still hard and crunchy, steak was cooked correct but pretty plain. Waitress was OK but not great.
The bartenders need to know how to make there own signature drinks & not argue with the customers. If the description says oj, then put the oj in the drink. Everything else was GREAT
If you love stakes, this is not the place to go to savor in steaks. The service was okay but definitely need improvement.
25 minutes to be seated. Restaurant not too busy but 45 minutes to get food is not acceptable, but the staff doesn't seen to mind how long it takes to get food out. Took 15 minutes to get the check but then had to go ask for it. Fried green beans were limp and ribs were over cooked and dry. Staff seems complacent.
This place is really good especially for steak and burgers. Their raspberry iced tea is kinda gooey and nasty, but everything else is good. One thing I always get when going to Logan’s is the bacon burger. It never fails the amazing taste!
Great food, prices, and especially the service. My husband and I shared two main dishes: cat fish and ribeye. Our sides were coleslaw, mac and cheese, baked potato, and fries. They give you unlimited biscuits, which are freshly baked in-house. Simply delicious!
We had reservations at Longhorns with a 2 hr wait. So we (party of 11) decided to come in and ask if they could accommodate 10 people and they said give us 10 minutes to set up. It was a Friday night 645pm. Our waitress was wonderful and food was great. Will definitely be back.
