Maintenance team is absolutely fantastic. The one thing this place is missing is EV chargers. With EV and plug in hybrids representing a larger and larger share of the car market it would be nice to have an option.

Everything was great just a little slow. Could have been a 5 star review except for the slowness of the completion of the task.

The new storage upgrade definitely looks nice with the paint and numbers but the overall protection of the new locks are not up to standard. The cabinet doors are loose and you could take a crowbar and easily pry open for access. The original doors has wood screws at bottom of doors which made them very tight. We will try the shell locks next. Thanks

Love this place, the neighborhood and super friendly and respectful! Every time I asked for a service, I was attended to almost immediately, especially by Jesus, who always comes, fixes everything and even gives us lots of good instructions! I read some comments here and many talk about airplane noises, as if this was something that could be solved by the office (?) what they could do, they did! They changed the windows and did what they could, but there is no way for them to simply end this problem, since it is not their fault that the plane is on that route! Every place has its pros and cons, but I see many advantages here, and I'll stay as long as I can afford it.

As a college student I have lived in some pretty subpar places, but this was the worst one by FAR. Apartments are all very old and fall apart, and every time a new renter moves in walls are simply painted over. There is constant construction, noise from airplanes, and absolutely no parking. Being a publicly traded company they will try and squeeze every penny out of you so forget about getting back your deposit. I would stay far away from this place.

I misplaced my house key and I called the office and spoke with Blair. She had a work order in immediately and my key was ready within the hour. Great service and experience!

Jesús was great with our maintenance request, polite and well manner. He explained what he was going to do, and what needed to be replaced.

Put in my first maintenance request and the crew was here next day to fix it! Crew was friendly and respectful and got the job done right away. Impressed!

This place used to be the projects and still looks like it they always change colors of ghetto buildings to make the area not look ghetto anymore

Jesus was great as always-gave me some tips on preventative maintenance. There was another gentleman with him I have not met yet that tackled the sink which is working great now.

Several maintenance staff go above and beyond.

Jesus has helped us often and he is knowledgable and helpful.

Still clogged but we did appreciate the prompt and friendly service. Whatever is causing the clog must be deeper in the pipes.

UPDATE: 2023 This review is not for management or maintenance. They so far have been compliant with most and professional. Maintenance specially is the highlight, they are amazing and come to fix anything immediately. So 1 star for each.
Noise level and dust from construction it’s still at a max. I never thought a place can be this noisy and messy/dusty! If you want peace or just regular everyday noise I don’t recommend. Plane noise and engine dust, construction noise/ground shaking so badly it’s impossible to ignore, and tons of noisy kids/teenagers every day are out of control. Feels like the projects lol! Walls are paper thin so expect to hear it all! So windows getting replaced won’t make much of a difference. Someone in the community that just had the new 2023 windows replaced said she barely noticed a difference!

If you want peace don’t move here. The noise levels are out of this world. It’s been under “construction” for over a year now with no end in sight. Noise, dust and mess. I lived in a place before that anytime they were doing construction in the building they would pay for our car washes because they were aware the cars would be affected. Ownership doesn’t care much here for that. When they did painting jobs on outside of the building they left all the windows and outdoor patios absolutely dirty from the paint scraping and dusty. Your car will be permanently dusty and dirty from the construction. The place has been doing renovations but most to the common areas and a paint job to the buildings which only equals to an excuse to increase rent. You can already expect the noise of the planes because this area is right on the plane path. I didn’t know if I would be able to bear that which has been challenge enough but I never imagined the chaos that was waiting. Places inside are overall nice but outdated like carpeting. And popcorn ceilings in most units. Old outdated appliances and cabinets/closets. The laundry machines are constantly dirty so not much upkeep but what’s worst is that they don’t wash well! Would I recommend you move here? Only if you’re willing to put up with a drill outside your window, guys randomly climbing ladders without warning right outside your window, and a plane flying on top of your head every 5 minutes. The echoing in this place is also insane! You can expect to hear about anything that is going on right outside your door or inside other people’s house, specially your neighbors. I wish I had seen a honest review like this before moving here so I can know what to expect.

I had to submit multiple requests for the same issue (clogged toilet) and they keep closing the ticket before resolving the issue. They said they came out and took a picture of my front door but it was a picture from 2 days prior (I’m having windows and doors replaced so I know what was done when). I was home all day and no one checked in with me (they do not have permission to enter) but they closed the ticket anyway. I have had a clogged toilet for 2 weeks. Have had to call the manager twice and go into the office twice. I also have 2 other maintenance requests that have gone unanswered. WORST SERVICE EVER!

This was one of my top places looking online and it did not disappoint in person! Friendly staff, Roni was amazing! Helped us pick out the exact unit that fit our needs. Very excited to live here:)
