Very honest people i dont remember his name but really professional. I brought my alpine so they can install it for me they tested it first and told me that its a good unit he did Not try to get more money off of me by trying to sell me another stereo only 50 buck for the installation will definitely come back

Long Beach Audio Shop is 5 stars all the way. Efren hooked me up with a custom subwoofer box, amp, and bass knob in my 2019 Tacoma. Installation was as clean as it gets, and done for an amazing price. The customer service at this place is TOP NOTCH. This is the second time I've taken a vehicle to LB Audio Shop, and will continue to recommend family and friends to this place.

I used their services for the interlock device. In the beginning their customer service was very good. But the first week the device was in my car. My daughter and myself went to the movies parked the car and it wouldn’t come back on. I had to leave my car in the parking lot all night because they were closing soon and didn’t want to come out. Next day they towed it back to their shop. Find out they didn’t wire things correctly that’s why the car didn’t come back on. Ever since then they treated me as if I got on their nerves and did something wrong. Then after some time goes by my car keeps cutting off saying “ESP” I’ve never had this issue until they touched my car. Got it fixed then a few months after they removed the device out of my car it started cutting off saying “ESP” again. Don’t come here these people make you wait so long, have horrible attitudes, and put things in any kind of way.

My Experience at Al & Ed's Auto sound was amazing. Mr Effrin took care of me and installed my sound system in the time he projected. It was clean and professional and my music sounds crisp and clear in my vehicle. Excellent customer service all the way around! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Now I see why they have been around for over 2 decades!

Thought I needed to replace a speaker. The checked it out, adjusted works perfect! No charge. Friendly and efficient.

Fully replaced stock stereo in my Benz and very happy overall. Had a small delay but it was worth the wait and the owner took very good care of me. I'll be back with my Camaro soon.

I was looking to get my car tinted I found this guys. They did great work. Referred some friends and they likes their work also. This is a great place to get any thing car stereo and window tinting installation in long beach.

Simply wonderful. They are a small shop but can get a lot done. I got a custom speaker box for my truck and was surprised on how great it came out. This guys go above your normal stereo stop.

I feel so guilty for not leaving a review for these guys years ago. Everytime I get a new car, I go directly to them. They're very informative, polite, they always show initiative, which I love and there's been times where they've done labor for me without even charging but don't expect that. LOL. I don't know any better place to go for music, window tint, alarm, auxiliary or fuse work ect. I love these guys

My door signal would not turn off on my Honda Fit. Brought it in, and they were very kind, and fixed it in a pinch for only 25 bucks! And I am on my way to work!
