19 Great professional service, Alex Valesquez was professional and the whole process was smooth.
Dealer offered a loaner vehicle for the entire period.
My first time at this facility, the tech was polite, informative and I didn’t feel forced to have everything done that needed to be done. I like the fact I can review the detailed text sent and bring my car back for additional service.
Prompt attention upon arrival; service agent was knowledgeable and pleasant; car was ready
as promised, payment went smoothly.
The purpose of my visit was for a manufacture recall. They have great services and great accommodations.

Javier Torres and team provided me with great service. I brought my vehicle in because I ran over a bolt and it punctured my tire. Great care was provided and I very much appreciated the prompt attention Javier gave me.
Josh was very helpful and handled my tire replacement professionally. He made sure I had a ride back and forth to my office.

Great experience overall. Alex went above and beyond to make sure my 530i was taken care of, including texting me with updates and pics under the hood to show the repair in progress, and even getting a loaner set up when he found out that my car would not be ready at the time expected. Will definitely continue to go to Long Beach for services/repairs.
Bmw service is never cheap but that’s expected with a Bmw it’s a luxury car but service at bmw is always great and and you are allways treated great they got me in for a major repair with no appointment and treated me like I had bought the car from them and even payed for a rental when they were not able to have the car done in the time frame I was given, if you have a bmw I strongly recommend bmw of longbeach

Went in for a squeaking noise coming from what I believe to be the brakes.
The team was so welcoming. I originally spoke to Roberto and Brian who recommended I come in and get a proper diagnosis. They were knowledgeable and helpful!
Lastly, I dealt with Scott who got my car looked at and determined the issue wasn’t of much concern.
Simple yet great experience!
Manuel H was very helpful and friendly as my service advisor, he looked out for my needs and followed through diligently. I would not hesitate as he is part of a great team and anyone on the service advisor department would be just as helpful.
My advisor Javier and Steve service manager parts manager are unbelievable they are great people went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue quickly easily communication was phenomenal
I came in after my service to get my car detailed and they did an excellent job. My car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. It looks like a new car. It now has a beautiful shine and very, very clean. Thank you Manny and Long Beach BMW for a detailed service well done.

As soon as I drove in I was greeted and directed into the service area, they immediately put a plastic cover on my seat and a paper cover on the carpet. My service advisor Scott was extremely polite, very informative, knew what he was talking about, directed me to the waiting area and even checked up on me to let me know that the car was almost ready and came and directed me to the cashier when my car was ready. The facilities were very clean, and the price was much better than the three BMW dealership that are closer to me.
